Upon calling, I was connected to a young gentleman named Quinten who was wonderful about answering all my questions. As I gave him my previous history of using Tirzepatide I wanted him to know I want... See more

I've called in at least 3 times regarding my payment for my semaglutide prescription. My debit card is valid and has been updated, but no payment has been processed, thus my shipment has not come yet. Normally I'd give Direct Meds 5 stars, but this payment issue has yet to be resolved.

Kept sending emails to finish intake form after I submitted it. Still getting them. No meds sent yet. Asked for tirzepatide, think your sending semaglutide. And a lower dose than I take now. All over the place.Just need clarification.

Price was miss leading. Over double what other providers charge. No additional services. Also after more research the FDA has issued warnings.
. FDA Warning: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued a warning letter to DirectMeds regarding false or misleading claims related to compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide

The Semaglutide was very effective. I didn't have any side effects. When I decided to end my venture with them I spoke to Martin and he was very kind and understanding. I hope I get to talk to him again if I decide to start up again in the future. He is a 10!

I spoke to 2 customer service reps prior to talking to Alvaro C yesterday and I pleased to say Alverez listen to
my concerns. I was supposed to get Tirzepatide 2.5 mg for the delivery made to me on 9/30/26. Instead I got the Semaglutide. Alvero reassured me that this error will
be corrected in 7 days after he send it in to the dept that
handles shipping errors and then he will advise me what to do with this package.

I hadn't received my delivery when expected, so I called for help tracking it. Nina Henderson found that the package had not only been delivered, but had been carried up to my house and placed out of the sun by the corner of my garage. Unfortunately, unless I'm working on the yard, I seldom go on that side of the house. While on the phone with Nina, I located my Pascal and brought it in. I was a little concerned that it Jaden been refrigerated for two days, but after checking, she assured me that the semaglutide was fine to use.

The call was a waste of time. I need to speak with a medical professional about semaglutide dosing. A year ago I overdosed on compounded semaglutide and spent two days in hospital. I want to start again with correct treatment guidance. James Tate 9312678249.

Very nice but I am still seeing my Semaglutide as active as I asked to place a hold and I will call when Zi am ready to reactivate. I do not want to be charged again

The girl that I talked with was great! She made the transition from Semaglutide to Tirzepatide easy for me. And, I received it the next day. I want her to get the credit she deserves with a great rating but I can't remember her name. Thank you Direct Meds for everything!

David Smith was thorough, fast, to the point. He directed me immediately how I should proceed with my request for Semaglutide. He was the best!

I have not had a GREAT experience with your company. However, I am giving your business one more chance.
Issues: I received a shipment on 8/07 delivered by UPS to CVS pick up location. The entire package inside and out, was warm. The medication was, TIRZEPATIDE. I had such good results with my first usage and of TIRZEPATIDE and SEMAGLUTIDE, I was so excited to continue treatment. But the product was not stored properly and the ice packs were melted.
The latest shipment was FED. X on 8/11 delivered to my ranch address in Cherokee, TX. It too had a thawed ice pack inside the cooler and nothing was even cool to the touch. That was 3
bottles and NAD + , 500mg. Instructions were to keep inject 20 units or 50 if tolerated. I have been using NAD for @ 3 months at 50 mg per dose. So yes I can tolerate 20 & 50 mg per dose.

I called yesterday about some questions about my my first bottle of Trizepitide after taking Semaglutide. There was some confusion because I got some different syringes and a vile that was new to me. When I called the first time it was 45 minutes on the phone and I still had to talk to customer care. I was informed that I was sent the wrong bottle or vile. Yesterday was my shot day and I waited all day to hear back from somebody and did not hear back from them. I missed a phone call this morning because I was at an appointment and I received an email with some explanation but nothing telling me that I had the correct vile. After I’ve been told I have the wrong vile, I need confident and knowledgeable people to address that issue. So I called back today and spoke to Claire Leigh Palmer. I explained to Claire what the problem was and she provided a very confident answer to me which made me feel assured. I didn’t need to speak to the nurse because she explained to me that I did have the right vile and that was the main thing I needed to know. She was kind, patient with me and my questions, and the most important confident and knowledgeable and could answer my questions without having to put me on hold three or four times. She assured me that what I had was accurate and that I needed to inject 50 units ongoing. My conversation with her took about 10 minutes. I’ve spoken to Claire before I believe, and she is very thorough.

Disappointed filled out info online they charged me within seconds after submitting cc info. They claimed I would speak to a physician before getting approval but never talked to anyone and shipment was processed and delivered in 2 days but i have an issue with semaglutide making me nauseous and vomiting which is why I was expecting to talk to someone even though I noted that in filling out pages of questions but still "physician approved" semaglutide script. Ironic how being prescribed medication I don't need to have any actual contact with the clinical team but to stop process, delivery and get meds changed from medication that I never should have been prescribed, I must speak to clinical team.
If you want a legit company that follows laws and speaks with you, Direct Meds is NOT RIGHT FOR YOU! If you want meds fast no questions then Direct meds is perfect! How i had to pay $199 for 3 mths for semaglutide script when that was the price for tirzepatide script and semaglutide was listed cheaper is a bait and switch BS. Question is do I report this company to fed and state government bc they mailed prescribed meds illegally?

My mother used this company and ordered tirzepatide and they sent semaglutide and refused to exchange the medication. She is an authorized user of a credit card I have and I told her to use it to get a GLP. The website claims there is no subscription but there very much is a subscription. The initial charge was $147 and a couple weeks later I was charged $297. She cancelled the subscription within a couple of weeks of the initial consultation after I explained it was probably subscription, on top of receiving the wrong medication but they continued to charge my account two more times. A total of $1,038. They did refund 1 month but refused to refund the other charges. While I was fine with the initial $147 and would be ok with the second charge of $297 because technically she received the medication (even though the pricing is completely misleading) I am pretty annoyed at the fact that I was charged 2 additional months and not refunded for both. My sister used Henry Meds and had the same issue and they refunded all of her money without any issue and because of this she later used them again for a different medication.

My supply of semaglutide was running out and after losing 15 pounds in two and a half months, I wanted another round. My credit card had been declined and I wanted to update my email address. Ramona was helpful and took the time to walk me through the process. Thank you.

I signed up believing I was purchasing one month (4 weeks) of semaglutide. Instead, I received a three-month supply and was later told I was financially obligated to pay for all three months. At no point did I knowingly agree to a three-month commitment.
When I contacted customer service, I spoke with Audrey and Percy, but neither resolved the issue. I repeatedly explained that I intended to purchase only one month, yet I was told I remained responsible for the additional charges.
After researching the company, I discovered that my experience is not unique. The Better Business Bureau has received hundreds of complaints from consumers, including complaints from people who similarly state they believed they were purchasing one month but were later told they had agreed to a multi-month commitment. (Better Business Bureau)
I also learned that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a Warning Letter to DirectMeds in 2025 concerning false or misleading marketing claims related to compounded medications. While that FDA action is separate from my billing dispute, it added to my concerns about the company’s transparency. (Better Business Bureau)
My advice to anyone considering this company is to read every word of the checkout process carefully and obtain written confirmation of exactly what you are agreeing to before placing an order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Direct Meds.
The FDA alleged that DirectMeds:
* Made false or misleading promotional claims about compounded GLP-1 products.
* Suggested their compounded products were comparable to or the same as FDA-approved medications when they are not.
* Failed to adequately disclose material information, causing the products to be considered misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

I called customer service regarding the status of my next semaglutide shipment and had a great experience. Coby Palmer was professional, listened to my concern, and quickly resolved the issue. I was impressed by how efficiently he handled everything while providing excellent customer service. Overall, I’m very glad I called and truly appreciate his outstanding support.
