I found the Data Analytics course highly engaging and informative, despite it being a completely new area of study for me. The support I received from Cat was exceptional and greatly contributed to my understanding of the course material. Cat was consistently approachable, supportive, and encouraging throughout the course, which helped build my confidence and enhance my overall learning experience.

Nicole was a great help and support through the Business Administration course I took. She was always happy to answer any questions or reword a question to help my understanding. The course as a whole linked really well with my work and I was able to use a lot of the tasks I completed in work as evidence for the qualification. I felt no pressure to get the course completed quickly and all learning was at my own pace

I recently completed my qualification with Direct Partners and had a great experience. The team was supportive, professional, and always happy to help. Everything was well organised, and communication was clear throughout.

A delightful journey with Direct Partners. The units were laid in such understandable manner. My assessor Ciara was such a blessing, she broke down the module into small pieces, which helped me to complete them efficiently. Great experience!

Fantastic company and assessors, really explained everything step by step, kind and understanding with regards to me being ADHD. Broke everything down into small bite size pieces, so as not to overwhelm and all the necessary information and guidance that I needed. Was pleasantly surprised with the whole course. I am confident and ready to move forward in my role.

My experience with the course has been very interesting. I’m quite particular about how I learn, and I appreciate the support provided whenever I face difficulties. The team is extremely helpful and provides clear guidance to help you develop and apply the skills learned in practical scenarios. This hands-on approach makes the concepts easier to understand, remember, and apply in real-world situations.

Overall, I am glad I took part in this in other to develop data skills and valuable tools to my data analytic skills.

I honestly feel like there are no enough words to say about the Direct partners team and individually..I will start with the team! They are so lovely and supportive. I did a 2weeks child care course with them in April, gave Penny my details at the job centre and few days later, had a email confirming a place for the 2weeks course.. by may I landed a job interview which they helped with the interview technique and so many other things. Went to the job interview, got the JOB, which I was happy and grateful. I am where I am now, because of direct partners. When I start working, I start doing the svq3 , but 2weeks into the course, I was having two minds about the course,if I was going to be able to do it while working full time and looking after my home. So when I told Bev about how I was feeling. She was so helpful and supportive, she assured me that I can do it with there help, and I am so grateful now that I didn’t quit. The beginning it was so overwhelming I thought I won’t be able to cope with the work load, full time job and family to look after. But Bev took her time, and made me realise that it’s doable. From there that’s where lisa came in.. she made arrangement to have 1-1 sessions to help and support me . I can’t thank lisa enough, her time, her support, everything she puts into this to help me achieve this, is just exceptional honestly.. I will miss our sessions.

Lisa was simply amazing. Her guidance made the course easy to follow and she discussed every task in detail, making sure expectations were clear. She's not only a great professional but also extremely warm and approachable 😊

I found the experience of working with Direct Partners highly satisfying. Lisa, my assessor, was able to adapt the learning and assessment process to my learning style, was patient and flexible and has an ability to present information in a digestable, understandable way that really sticks.

Sport Aberdeen has worked with Direct Partners for over 10 years. During this time they have supported numerous Modern Apprenticeships and 3 cohorts of staff through a Management Development Programme. Recently completing TAQA for two individuals. Direct Partners have assisted Sport Aberdeen in creating opportunities across the workforce.
