Awful experience, I wouldnt bother using.
After i ordered i recieved an email telling me i would get a dispatched email snd tracning info, should be delivered within 4-6 days. Nothing. No email no nothing agter 2 weeks. I called and emailed and no response.
I was about to dispute this with my bank when i got an email telling me it would be dispatched for next day. Nothing arrived. They arrived a week later but i had to pay the postage charge as they hadnt put enough on it.
Absolutely awful and will never use again.
Very poor communication skills
Not worth a single star. Maybe my sending a threatening message did the trick, but the order arrived today. No pickup on six phone calls. They need to get their act together!

I am so disappointed with directpick
I am so disappointed with directpick. I wrote to them and ordered a water butt. I explained that I was trying to help smaller companies and not always order from Amazon. However, because they never reply to emails or the telephone I have had to cancel my order and ask for a refund. Again I have had no confirmation of the cancellation or received a refund. I looked up the address of the company on Google maps and it seems it is a small house in Birmingham. I am so disappointed with the way this company has treated me.

Despite paying a premium for Parcelforce delivery goods were not delivered. The parcelforce tracking number provided was not recognized by the parcelforce tracking software. Tried to contact Directpick by phone & email but there was no responce.

Shocking company! Took money straight away, sent wrong item and contacted immediately (as per their own policy) and they have repeatedly failed to respond to emails despite their website stating that is the way to contact. Telephone number just rings for days. Will be taking this further to recoup costs!

You missed off half my order ('though took the full amount from my debit card)...then you compounded that mistake by not replying to two emails from me over a month ago asking you to rectify...then you compounded that by repeatedly sending me emails asking me to comment on my experience. Lack of communication
Website said my product was in stock, with delivery date a few days later. After two weeks of no delivery, Direct Pick failed to answer my emails and phone calls. Very disappointing customer care. They eventually emailed me back saying there was difficulty with sourcing the product and I would be refunded. In all fairness, I was quite quickly.

I ordered a radiator and received an email to say they were processing the order but no confirmation of despatch. 10 days and 2 emails to them I contacted PayPal for a refund, otherwise I would be still waiting.

As with many other reviews I have read since ordering, I have had to pay an extra £5.10 insufficient postage charge to receive goods and have had no response back from my emails to Direct pick. I would advise DO NOT USE.
