I was really impressed with the way that direct place worked. The whole process was easy, pain free and well priced. There are others cheaper but you pay for it in quality. With Direct Place I got a good price and a really good service too. It is great to know there are companies which can still achieve both.

Direct Place is an excellent company with fantastic customer service, and a strong knowledge of their products. I ordered a wardrobe and a chest of drawers to be delivered on a certain date, and they did not let me down. I placed my order for an antique style bookcase the other week and was extremely happy when my order was delivered on time. With regards to the price it was very good value for money. I have been satisfied with my shopping experience and will definitely use DirectPlace again.

I just wanted to leave a review to say what great service I received from this company, I was unsure of the exact style of furniture I required so called the company and they were so helpful, willing to advise me on the best option and even recommending a cheaper product than I originally chose.

The items we received today were absolutely great and we would recommend that you take a look at all their items they have for sale. We could talk to them on the phone and helped us with our enquiries and sent us the items with fast delivery.

In spite of receiving a faulty wardrobe, I found Directplace to be a great company to deal with. They were most helpful with my complaint and dealt with the collection of the faulty item quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the wardrobe is currently out of stock at the supplier, so they refunded me fully and have arranged to notify me when the new stock arrives. They have also arranged a discount on the new wardrobe because of my trouble.
I will definitely use Directplace again.
