Do not touch this company. Shonky as. They gave me a license that deleted after a couple of months. They give you the runaround with their support sending you more product keys that don't work and suggesting the problem is this or that. It's all a ruse. Then when you ask for a refund you don't get one. We are raising a dispute at our bank. Avoid avoid avoid.

Supplied this with my bank details for refund as requested, still have not received it three months later!! I would not trust this company if you require a refund. Paid them $119 for NOTHING

I need to reinstall Microsoft Office due to the installation of operating system. I tried again and again, unfortunately I failed, so I have to seek help from direct software outlet and followed the guidance, I completed the installation very quickly. Perfect!

Around 8 months ago I purchased from DSO and right after I received unauthorized debits on my visa card from the Phillipines and Europe. Went through a lenghty and painstaking process to recover the funds by my bank. Website doesn't appear to be secure or legitimate and whois data shows them actually based in Singapore & Russia. Buy at your own risk.

Super speedy service, on New Years' Day of all days. Order a product and email with product key and link for download was quick even followed up after business hours. Absolute excellent service.

I recently purchased Office 2016 and everything went through without a hitch.
The verification and installation all appeared to be Microsoft verified and my installation was fantastic and I would most definitely use them again .....thank you guys for your absolute professionalism.

My license key for Office Professional 2016 suddenly stopped working and was requiring activation.  MS support advised me to seek a refund from seller as it was a MSDN license not meant for resale and it was blocked.  I paid $94 for a useless software and seller refuses to refund and keeps ignoring me. Was all too good to be true, 'Caveat Emptor' buyer beware as they say.

License was only activated on 1PC & stopped working out of the blue. I would question the legitimacy of the positive reviews on this site also.

Direct Software Outlet is a very good company that sells genuine software for a great price. I did have some difficulty however their after sales service went above and beyond, spending a lot of time assisting me with remote access. I recommend this company to anyone seeking to buy Microsoft software!! THANK YOU DSO.
