Great products and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive my package but me and the seller has communicated the seller was happy to upload a photo to prove that it was delivered & offer me a 50% refund I would like to thank the seller for his kindness if anyone else gets any delivery issues, please do not always think the worst on the seller side, especially if they can prove that it was delivered because it could easily be delivered to the wrong House or in my situation it was obviously stolen but since the seller has sent proof, I am more than happy to give the seller a five star rating kind regards

Ordered the wrong gel strength, customer service were very helpful, had it cancelled in a matter of hours

Placed an order 7 days ago and have not received an email to inform me it has been dispatched or any tracking info. Used customer service contact form on website and still had no response.

Jason got in touch to let me know my order was on the way and I received it a few days later

Company and comms were easy to deal with. It does have to go through customs so it can take a few days to be delivered but its worth it

Website says fast delivery. I ordered 7 days ago and there's no sign of it, the tracking number doesn't help either.

Two tubes of Colgate optic white arrived with the boxes open and reasealed with tape.the toothpaste tubes had no seals on .unsafe for me to use product.getting little response from customer service to resolve issue

Easy to use, and quick results. Some sensitivity after first use, which goes away.

Still haven't received my order 12 days after. Feel that I was initially sold a UK stocked item but later informed it was coming from the US. Jason stated that that the order would be 2 to 3 days max after complaining. Still nothing 5 days later.

Although delivery seems to be taking a while, I emailed the company to get an eta of the order and I had an instance reply from Jason who confirmed that delivery would be tomorrow. Great customer service 😊

The first toothpaste did arrive damaged which is a first, I’ve used this toothpaste several times, without any hesitation a replacement was despatched. First class service! Highly recommend this company.

The syringes are hard to use. Wasted one syringe in one go as the application tip does not fot into the syringe very well
