I purchased cell phone in the first day they charged me the first installment and asked me to sign big contract and the second day and still not yet received my order they charged me again and when I communicated with their whatsapp number they said irrespectively this is our system and I replied if it is in your system why not mentioned anywhere in your website or your contract that you are going to charge me twice ,
I order since August 15, 2022 and they deduct already in my atm the amount I need to pay. they said the delivery waiting was 15 to 20days but until now today is September 14 2022 imagine I'm waiting 30days my order still not come.why like this? when message them they reply me thus system generated like I'm sorry for inconvenience. please let me know if do still want to give my order or not just give my money back. thank you.
