I had a great experience with the training! The training was well-structured, informative, and easy to follow. Jay is knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly while keeping the sessions engaging.

The leadership training was not typical and made me dig deep and think about shared responsibilities, shared opportunities and shared outcomes.
Overall, the training was excellent!

I took the assessment mostly out of curiosity. What stuck with me was the strengths and pitfalls part: it named things I do under pressure that I'd never put words to, like pushing for decisions before others are ready.

The 360 was the hard part. Asking five people for feedback felt uncomfortable, but seeing their view next to mine was the most useful thing I've done for myself this year.

I really appreciated how the trainer used real-life examples instead of just reading slides. He created a welcoming space where we felt comfortable asking questions and participating in the session.

The DISC profile and Leadership Fundamentals training with Traineroo was genuinely eye-opening. It gave me real clarity on my own behavioral style at work, and just as importantly, helped me understand how my teammates and coworkers operate — which has already changed how I communicate and collaborate with them. Jeroen and his team have built one of the strongest team-focused training programs I've come across. The content was practical, immediately applicable, and struck a great balance between self-reflection and team dynamics. Highly recommend for any team looking to strengthen how they work together.

The disc assesment was interesting. Prior to the class several of us had conversations and were suprised to find how what other think of our leadership personalities. During the class, Jay made it clear there are good things that come from each style. I am looking forward to implenting what the course taught. Jay has great insite on leadership. He also has a feel of what works and what does not. Jays course is a benefit for all of those who want to contineu to develop their leadership abilities.

Jay made the learning experience both enjoyable and memorable. Everyone was engaged in the exercises and actively participated, which contributed to a positive and effective training session.

The platform has a ton of information. We were also shown the AI integrations which I think can be very helpful for engaging with others. I am looking forward to trying that out.
