Found a tester of my favourite Gritti fragrance for cheaper then usual packing, Delivery took a little longer but their website advised on that prior to my purchase so expected it. Waiting for my other perfume to be available.
I placed an order for a tester bottle. Didn’t really hear anything for a week and contacted them. They replied and pointed out the 9-12 waiting period for that particular bottle which I hadn’t noticed. Fair enough. Another week went by and I contacted them again - and they didn’t know where it was and told me to contact them again if nothing by Friday. After 3 weeks I just advised them to refund me and cancel. It never arrived, but they did refund me promptly.
I had a bad feeling about this because the initial website looks really dodgey but gave it a go and wish I hadn’t bothered - they did handle communication and refund well though.
I bought the same bottle at direct cosmetics for £3 cheaper and it arrived via Royal Mail within a couple days.
