Scam

Scam. I can see how they make money if your not on top of things. You order something and they charge you the discount bandit fee. Then you have to wait a month and that's hopefully if you haven't already forgotten about it. I asked them where the hell is my order and then they tell you it hasn't even been shipped but they don't know as you need to contact the matched retailer and not them. They cancel your order but you have to go back and contact discount bandit to get your refund back. They say you haven't been charged but check your credit card. What they really mean is you haven't been charged for the actual item but the discount bandit fee is charged right away! So if you forget they keep your money. How many people forget after a month?! Easy money for them.

My daughter ordered me a beautiful sofa…

My daughter ordered me a beautiful sofa (free delivery, in two days) On May 2022 for my Mother's day gift. The next day she gets an email saying it's beet routed to the shipping department ready to be delivered. About a week after that she gets another email saying there will be a delay until May 25, 2022. Today she gets one saying it's out of stock Until July 14-18. How can it go from getting ready to be shipped to out of stock? My awesome daughter wanted to surprise me and I feel so bad for her for doing a great thing. Went from a 2 day delivery to a 2 month delivery? If this gets cleared up I would be happy to give 5 stars. If not I think zero stars for how this matter was handled. Should of never said it was getting ready to be shipped when in fact, was not. Poor customer service.

Lack Competence in Business

When they accept an order for a specific item, that is identified as being available, then cancel for a refund within 12 hours, they need to be in a different business. Waste of time. Don’t deal with this 3rd party annoyance.

Great deal - Ordered a Sony XR75X90J 75" Class…

Ordered a Sony XR75X90J 75" Class BRAVIA XR for $1600 and got it for exactly that amount. The Discount Bandit site was very communicative over email alerts along the entire process from shopping out the price, to freight company's arranging shipment, etc. Would highly recommend and use again. Just keep realistic expectations that sometimes an item cannot be sourced from anyone in their extensive network.

Total waste of time

Total waste of time. They tell you that they have the item available, you order it, then you get an email a few hours later telling you that the order has been cancelled because it's not available. Don't even waste your time on this BS site.

Horrible

Horrible. Took more than six months to let me know that a product I ordered does not even exist. I even called about the product twice to make sure it will actually be shipped out. Was told the manufacturer confirmed the product was in production and would ship. Now I've waited over six months and did nothing but waste my time and my entire decorative plan for my home is ruined.

I was skeptical at first

I was skeptical at first, because I had never heard of this site and the review ratings. Soon after I placed my order I received an email explaining exactly what to expect. Still a bit skeptical, I received a second email from the place that had my product. After all was said and done I was extremely pleased with the price and service I received.

I was happy to find Discount Bandit…

I was happy to find Discount Bandit when searching for a hard to locate table that no one had in stock. Discount Bandit didn't at the time either but gave me updates when it was expected. So much money was saved with Discount Bandit and glad I finally found the table I'd been looking for.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics Front Suspension & Shocks

I orered 2 items to lift my truck (2018 Tundra).
--ICON Controls Arms Billet UCA
--ICON Front Coilover 2.5 0-3.5" lift.

I received an email as my credit card blocked the charge originally. I approved, and emailed the CSR at Discount Bandit. They approved my purchase and let me know with a reply email within minutes.

I was expecting the parts to take up to 3 weeks to arrive. I expected a week or so wait just for a third party to accept the pricing, let alone to then ship out the parts. Shipping was super fast, and my parts were delivered in 5 business days (1 week)!

I saved over $385.00 and could not be happier, as the service was top notch as well!

I ordered two recliners

I ordered two recliners. The price was great and the quality of the chairs is very good. The delivery of the chairs took so long that I thought I had been scammed. However, it was a good deal if you don't mind the wait.

A nightmare

Tried to order a bathtub through the site, early August. No emails. Contacted Discount Bandit. Received 2 emails: we do not have any orders on file for you. I ordered the bathtub from another vendor. Then weeks later I receive ANOTHER BATHTUB and there is a charge on my credit card for $582. THERE WAS NEVER ANY EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN FILLED OR THAT IT WAS BEING SHIPPED. Now I have an extra bathtub in my house and a charge on my card that I have to cancel. I've learned my lesson. SAVE yourself the headache and get your stuff from a reputable business. Also note that Discount Bandit's "reply" to all negative reviews are stock, canned responses that don't speak to the problem that is detailed. It's all "it's not our fault" etc etc. No, they DON'T send out three emails--I got none. And a bathtub sitting in my living room.

If you say anything bad about discount bandit you didn’t really spend any money my first purchase was the Xbox X I spent roughly 1k great service for and sketchy site🤷🏾‍♂️

Horrible scammers

I first found this site from searching online. I placed an order only to fine out they do not sell any of the items on their site which is just a bit cheaper than what I found elsewhere.

Then I found out they charged a fee, plus I have over 8 pending transaction over $200 showed up on my cc.

This will be ugly if they go through having to deal with my cc for these fraud transaction, plus holding up funds in my cc.

Like most people I was skeptical about…

Like most people I was skeptical about using an unknown service, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saved over 15% and my purchase arrived in the same amount of time as any other retailer, I will definitely be using Discount Bandit again.

Well Worth the Wait for the Price Savings!!

I priced my Kitchenaid appliance suite at both Lowe's and Home Depot to the tune of about $10,500. Wait times were going to be long no matter where I ordered due to Covid. I was able to get all four of my appliances for about $6,200. I ordered them on 2/3/2021 and finally received my last appliance on 7/18/2021. Yes, the wait was long but well worth it to get such a great deal. I will continue to use DB and refer them to all of my Real Estate Clients looking for great deals on appliances.

DB found a fridge for me at a great…

DB found a fridge for me at a great price, but due to shortages the seller couldn’t fill the order, and after almost 3 months I called to cancel. Next day DB refunded their fee. I had wondered should I call to ask for the refund. But there was no need to, because somehow DB was on it, and took the initiative. Who does that kind of customer service anymore? Impressed.
