Jose M helps me often. Always very helpful. For the last few months the shopping cart system will not process payments the site just clocks so I have to contact via chat to process. It's a bit of a pain. If not for this issue I would give the company 5 stars. But with this issue it limits when I can purchase my needed supplies because must wait till business hours.

My previous company closed without sending me a notice. Discount Catheters was recommended. My questions were answered and a routine order was quickly accomplished. Kind and knowledgeable staff assisted me that day.

I found an anomaly in the prices and left a message and immediately got a call. With service like that I ordered and quickly got my order...

I stopped using Discount Catheters and other suppliers that require a prescription to order. I have been using intermittent catheters once a day for the past four years, using a procedure worked out by my urologist. I order smaller quantities and deeply resent the higher prices charged with the assumption my cost will be covered by insurance. I'd rather pay without insurance, knowing the higher cost would just be shared by myself and others

I ordered some dermarite lotion for my elderly mom and wanted to check tracking. I wasn't clear about who was shipping my merch., so chatted with Jose M and he was on it immediately with all the info I needed to track the package while also telling me the package should arrive today. Great Customer service! Haven't even received my goods yet and I like these guys!
