Don’t order unless you’re happy for the item to be second hand. I purchased a high chair tray and when I opened the battered, repackaged box, I realised it was covered in black hairs. Nothing on the webpage explained this was a used or returned item and considering it’s supposed to be something for my baby to eat from it’s not really acceptable. I would never have ordered had I known this. Emailed the company with photo evidence but got no response.

Terrible “company” purchased brand new ladders from their website these arrived with an Amazon returns label attached and were bent. Tried every way to contact them with no reply. Only when caught them by messaging their account on eBay did they answer. Want me to return them at my cost to a house in Shrewsbury. I don’t believe it’s a real business at all and just someone flogging stuff from their house. Personally I would avoid them like the plague !!

As a response to the sellers response which is totally incorrect and is now trying to cause me trouble by publishing personal details, totally against trustpilot rules, NOT SOMETHING ANY RESPONSIBLE AND HONEST WOULD DO, and just goes to show the are best avoided at all costs. You have been reported to trustpilot for the breaking of there rules.

I upgraded my bed to a superking so I needed a full new set of bedding, I’ve brought some sheets,a duvet set annd a couple of small bits off this site, they came very quick and are in perfect condition! Half the price for what I would pay normally! Will definitely be back. Thank u x
