The only concern I have is that your inventory status on your site wasn't accurate. So, it was suggested less appealing item. Like to focus on the over stock inventory. from my first time experience. I can't recommend your establishment because of my mishap with my order. Only, thing that was right is the delivery date on my order. That's why i rated you 3 stars.

I used this site to purchase a gown for my daughter's cotillion. Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. The gown was delivered right on time. The representative was also very up front about the return policy which helped me avoid making an unnecessary purchase. With all of the fraud happening online, it was refreshing to purchase from a reputable company. The dress is gorgeous! I would definitely use this site again.

They have great customer service, i was just not to happy with not getting my full refund when i returned it the second day after receiving because of the size. But overall when you call customer service they answer right away.

I purchased my weeding dress from them…
I purchased my weeding dress from them but the dress came with a stain on the inside breast area. When I reached out to them letting them know that the dress had a stain and was way too small. They said that they do not offer returns on wedding dresses even if there is issue with it. You can only return something if you reach out to them within 24 hours of of the delivery. I think they do that because they know that by the time people try it on it would be too late to return. We were so upset at the time and the guy ended up making an exception and sending another dress that was larger so that was very nice but I just don't think that the policies that they do are in the favor of the customer.
And their sizes run extremely small. You need to definitely make sure you check the measurements before ordering because your order will be final.

Amazing customer service!
I originally placed my order on TikTok. The seller contacted me immediately to let me know it was on back order which was totally fine. TikTok cancelled my order anyway. I contacted discountdresses and they sent me to their website to place the order so it wouldn’t get cancelled again, unfortunately my refund from TikTok took too long and the dress was out of stock once I went to order on their website. They added it back to the website immediately for me so I could order. It came right when they said it would and the dress is GORGEOUS. Highly recommend

Terrible Product and Customer Service
I ordered a dress. It arrived mid week. My daughter tried it on that weekend. She unzippered it to try it on. The zipper would not go back up. I called a few days later and left a message. No one called me back. I called again the next day. I was told that there is a 24 hour policy and they couldn't do anything because I was passed that. I did not want my money or a store credit. I wanted an exchange so she had a dress that she could wear to the dance. It was over 200.00 and now I have to find a place to fix the zipper.

Needed to return the dress I ordered. It was fine but too much material for me and way too long. Took forever to arrive, as a side note. When I contacted customer service, got an abrupt message that the “terms and conditions” checkbox that I clicked at checkout all but signed my life away… $58 restocking fee and store credit only?! Talk about hidden fees and swindling customers. Nowhere was that policy clearly plastered and I stupidly expected normal circumstances upon purchasing. Now I’m stuck with the dress and out almost $300. Laughable yet also infuriating. Would rather be out the money than give away 60 bucks and risk the same situation a second time with another dress. Would never ever order from this company again. Ridiculous.

As a business, it can be very frustrating to receive such negative comments and false claims about "hidden fees" and "swindling customers" by someone who is simply venting about an issue they have. The majority of times it has do with their lack of reading the "fine print" which is clearly stated in our return policy.
