THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Not only did they not pick up my first dumpster on time, they were 4 days late bringing me my second dumpster. I scheduled to have a dumpster for 2 weekends, the first being the four day weekend I had people coming over to load it, which they didn't even deliver it by. Then, not only did they not offer a discount, they took the dumpster back before I got to fill it the second weekend I actually had it. They charged me $460 for a dumpster I couldn't use thanks to their mistakes! When I spoke to CASEY CONKLIN about it, his solution was to offer me a discount on another dumpster. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he'd have to talk to management. That was 6 days ago. I have called and called and no one has returned my calls or reached out to me in any capacity, except to charge me an overweight fee on the first dumpster I rented. That's not happening until this gets straightened out. So many mistakes made throughout this whole process; this isn't even all of them. What a scam

I have been harassed by this company every day stating that my unit was overweight. the invoice they provided me shows I was underweight. They delivered the unit with 1ft-2ft of wet cement and debris within the container. I was told they would handle it when I called originally. Now it’s to the point of harassment and they will not provide me with any legal information. They have tried to illegally withdraw from my account. I highly do not recommend this company- extremely unprofessional.
