Great customer service. I ordered some samples and received them the next day. The fabric I ordered arrived the day after ordering too. I was accidentally sent the wrong shade of fabric. I phoned to explain what had happened and sent some photos. They were really helpful and apologetic. The correct colour fabric arrived the following day.

So easy to order from... Very quick delivery... So very pleased with everything about dealing with this family company....excellent fabric choices.... Think I would always go to them first for anything to do with sewing and crafts.... Would give more than 5 stars if I could ♥️

I wasn’t too sure about buying from herr given the single negative review. But I placed an order anyway, it arrived super quickly and in perfect condition and the fabric quality was great. I even emailed to ask for delivery confirmation and they replied the next day. Can’t fault them would definitely recommend! :)

Loved the choice of fabrics and prices so placed an order on 26th March. Received email saying order dispatched. However, courier says they haven't got the package so within 24 hrs parcel was lost or never dispatched. Emailed company as as of today 1st/04 no-one has responded. Poor customer service which doesn't match the hype on the website.
