Great Malta stays with Discover Access.

We have been using Discover Access for some years and they have always made the effort to make our holidays as good as possible. Staff are always helpful and friendly and they always find us the best accommodation to suit us. Our last trip was to the new Primers Hotel and we were very pleased with the accommodation and where it is, and look forward to our next stay in November.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall. Booking and communication with DiscoverAccess went well.

With regards to Fairways Club, our accommodation was clean and spacious. We were near the large pool and pool bar. This was always clean.

We didn't eat at the onsite restaurant. The only issue we had was the remote location, there was only a supermarket nearby and very little in the way of cafes/restaurants close by.

Another great holiday with Discover Access

Another great holiday with Discover Access this time at the Primera hotel, the new home resort. From booking to arrival everything goes smoothly. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and its always nice to see Ronnie,the transfer company,waiting for us with a smile on arrival to Malta airport. This was our first visit to the Primers hotel and all the staff there are marvellous. We did have a small problem with a socket in the room which we reported in the morning when going out for the day and it was fixed by the time we got back. All in all another great holiday with Disvover Access.

Great location

Great location in the middle of Bugibba. Large room with balcony and small fridge. 2 small swimming pools. The one in the basement is really warm & looked brand new.
All the staff are very friendly & helpful. We had a problem with the TV which was fixed straight away.
Could do with some towel rails and a bigger sink in the bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned & tidied everyday.

Very nice hotel in a great location…

Very nice hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine for the price and room was very spacious. The only downside was not being able to get an English news channel or any decent channel for that matter

Access2leisure

Access2leisure were very helpful and did everything to facilitate our holiday to club last calas in Lanzarote. From booking to arranging transfers from the airport. Complex excellent and everyone welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be returning next year.

Club Las Calas

We had good feedback with the team when booking our holiday at Club Las Calas through Discover Access.
One of the pools was being maintained and they informed us of this incase we wanted to change our plans.
The complex was having work completed which will look great. Clean, friendly staff, entertainment night and games in the day, lovely pools.
We will be going back.

Spring Break 2026

As we were new to Discover Access,we were sceptical at the start, we find the process easy and the staff very friendly. Everything was simple and straightforward, we were even able to arrange a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I’m back again.
The hotel was clean and friendly, the outdoor pool was a little chilly in March but the indoor pool was great, at the time of our visit there was no evening restaurant but as there were many eateries in very close proximity it didn’t matter at all. The hotel we stayed at was the Primera, St Paul’s Bay, it has full access for all.

Basic

Basic, standard hotel but clean and tidy with helpful friendly staff. Lovely indoor heated pool although no small bench seat in the changing room. Nice roof top pool and sun terrace area. At the moment it’s quite noisy in the area due to the ongoing construction around the main square. My main concern and complaint for guests is the amount of night time noise coming from the pub opposite which stays open until 4am! Sound travels at night . The pub is called Monavale . This will put people of staying especially in the lower floor rooms adjacent to the pub . The one breakfast we had was just about adequate . Didn’t eat there after that we went to the lovely Michele’s opposite the bus station. €9 for a delicious English Breakfast including a good mug of tea. Nice clean place.

Club Las Calas, a delightful resort for all tastes.

Club Las Calas was undergoing some refurbishment at the time, however, this did not affect our enjoyment at this venue.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our apartment was serviced regularly.
We enjoyed our stay as the beach is a 10 minute walk away.
The booking and reservation process was also excellent.

Have been a member of discover access for 8.5 years

Have been a member of discover access for 8.5 years. Have a holidays every year with them. We have just come back from Malta where we paid £139 for a week. The room was on the 6th floor and my understanding is that the rooms on this floor are for discover access. Our room 609 was small but adequate. Had l paid full price l may not have been so happy. I have let discover access know that the beds and pillows should have protectors on them for hygiene purposes . The area is having a lot of work being done to it. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I was very worried when l joined discover access after reading all the stories on line. All l can say we have been very happy.

New Hotel

New hotel. A couple of minor issues which were rectified immediately. A bit windy to use pool but everything else was great. New location is very central and perfect for beach and eating places.
