Discovercars 

On arrival at Rome we were told that because we were late the car was no longer available (we were late because I wrote the time of arrival in UK time). Nowhere on the information sent me did it say anything about this condition. The number they give is completely unresponsive, there is NO customer service at all. I had to pay €280 for another car on top of the what I had already paid. This is a cowboy rental company that should be avoided at all costs.

I would never recommend this company. They are absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible and have the worst customer service you could ever deal with. Be warned.

We contracted the all risc insurance.
We had a problem with Europcar in Bergamo, they said to us that we broken the front glass. We weren't agree at all. But our insurance with DicoverCars saved us. I will repeat with them without any other doubt.
Everything went easy and we are very happy to found them.
