I absolutely love my Monk Shiver! The quality of the product combined with the care of the customer services team to help set it up is incredible. The app integration makes it perfect for timing when to chill it down and when we can save energy. The app also has guided plunges which are great if you don't know how to start or are just simply lacking motivation that day. Since using it regularly, I’ve noticed a real difference in my recovery and overall energy levels. It’s quickly become part of my routine and something I genuinely look forward to.

The size of the bath is great and fits my husband in easily. I was surprised how even the colour of the bath being more muted helps with staying calm and relaxed in the bath.

The pump also keeps the water circulating and fresh, meaning you don't need to empty and clean it as often.

My only regret is that I didn't get one sooner instead of putting up with a cheap equivalent that didn't last and didn't stay chilled! I’d highly recommend Monk to anyone looking to invest in their wellbeing or upgrade from a more basic setup.

We lost the water filter cartridge housing during a house move unfortunately, however Monk’s customer service went above and beyond to help us source the part, make sure it would work before shipping, ship it to the new address, and all within 5 days if initially reaching out to them. Cannot fault their efficient and kind customer service - thank you

Love the product - good quality - it is easy to fill and drain .it is expensive but I am hoping it will last.

It did take 6 weeks to arrive

I love it. It’s strong roomy fun and love how it keeps clean. I dip at least 5 x a week knowing that it’s easy to clean and hygienic. Love the app and support. So glad I bought it

Excellent service, fantastic ice bath

Looks the part, however not the overall top quality experience I was expecting.

Delivery drivers just delivered the product and unpacked it, they didn’t get it up and running as implied in the marketing. Wasn’t overly difficult but did expect this to be part of the service.
No mobile phone holder was included, after reaching out with a few emails, it’s not straight forward as ‘we’ll get one sent out to you’ that I would expect. It’s become a long email string of ‘checking with the team’ and not any action.
The actual product looks good, main issue I have is it keeps disconnecting from WiFi, more annoying than an essential feature. It really should have an option to turn off the LED light around the outside as it is very bright and totally takes over the pools ambient lighting at night.
Disappointing as marketed as high end product but overall service and experience doesn’t match what’s implied.

I have had the inflatable jobs and finally got my Monk installed. It’s on another level in terms of cleanliness, temp control and style while getting cold! You won’t regret getting one of these. Stop wasting your time with anything else!

I've had a few teething problems with my Monk resetting and going into error. Frustrating wait for help was resolved by the mobile warranty fixer. Happy to report all is now well and in use daily.
Some observations.....I would suggest the ability to turn the exterior LED off. Attracts the animal kingdom in their thousands which end up in the water.
The cover. Perhaps a better fit to ensure ventilation to the 'engine'
Wooden top. Despite my best efforts the water is damaging the teak decking through, I assume the screw holes.

I've enjoyed the monk ice bath far more than open water, where it can take too long to get submerged.
From the initial enticing design, to the comfortable wooden platform before getting in, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of slipping in like I was getting into a hot bath, being able to control my breath with a swift entry. The support and width is perfect to allow an element of luxury and envelopment to an experience of high stress for the body. I tell people whenever I get the chance how incredible monk is. I also love the fact that it self cleans! What an excellent design and product to come to market.

Monk exceeded all expectations... and I had tremendously high expectations. All aspects of Monk's design have been beautifully delivered for a truly immersive and peaceful experience. When it comes to form meets function, Monk has reengineered the art of the possible. Daily cold water plunges have remained delightful. Look no further !

Incredible product and customer service

This ice bath is so sleek and smart that getting into it for my first ever cold plunge was a no brainier even just for the gram! As a slightly larger female, you can imagine the insecurities abour fitting and I’m happy to report that I fit well and felt comfortable and confident - despite the cold!

Also, the founder and team are absolutely amazing. Not only are they a fun bunch, they are so supportive, encouraging and patient and will do absolutely anything within their power to make sure your experience is top notch 👌🏽

Loved the product - both the functionality and the esthetic aspect of it. Incorporating cold water therapy into my weekly routine has massively lowered my stress levels and aided my recovery.

Delivery was impeccable - so much care has gone into it. Most importantly the monk tub looks stunning and it’s aesthetically pleasing to my eyes! I love how it fits into my home decor.

Finally, a darn good looking ice bath that is ready when you need it.
