First time order and it was excellent.easy to prepare, large portions and full of flavour and textures. Super recipe (paneer) and I would suggest it for anyone! Looking forward to ordering again 😀

The box was delivered as expected and everything was carefully packaged.
We enjoyed the samosas and chutney and the slow-cooked lamb biryani was delicious with tender lamb, flavoursome gravy and delicious rice and pastry.
It was a good quality meal in the comfort of our own home

Disappointing experience.
I’ve ordered direct from Rich Stein before & had a fabulous meal, so decided to order a meal as a gift for elderly parents.
When box arrived there was cream all over everything, the cream carton had split and cream covered all the contents. It was also all over the lid, so the box had clearly been upside down at some point - DPD clearly don’t take too much notice of the info on the side of the box re. careful delivery! The cream had started to solidify/congeal, so this must’ve happened early on in the journey. Other cartons were also split, so some very rough handling must have taken place - all contents are loose in the box so the likelihood of damage is high. There was a (defrosted) freezer pack at the bottom of the box, but no insulated packaging, so not great for seafood.
Apparently the food that was still edible was delicious, and Dishpatch offered a £20 refund, but overall really not worth the risk.

I chose the Goila Butter Paneer Feast as my husband is vegetarian. The box arrived on the expected date, everything was in the box, instructions were clear, and quick to prepare. The portion sizes were good, unfortunately the mini poppadoms were mostly crushed in the plastic container, which meant they were difficult to eat. Tasty though. I would like to say we both thoroughly enjoyed the meal, however whilst I did, my husband was not so keen. He did not like the taste of the dal makhani, and the butter paneer was too creamy for him. He did comment that he enjoyed the rice, chutneys and naan bread. We didn't eat all the naan bread; my daughter polished off half of one, which she enjoyed! The paneer was the best I had ever tasted; super soft, not at all rubbery. I guess I would say it was pricy compared to an Indian takeaway that requires no preparation. The experience hasn't put me off, I will try another feast in the future, just wish there were more vegetarian boxes, or something that caters for one veggie and one meat or fish eater.

Process was faultless, packs and presentation good, clear instructions, great flavours, ample portions - we had sufficient to create second meal next night with a few additions! Can't wait for next meal......

Not for me. Received voucher as gift, but had trouble choosing because my husband and I do not like the same food. I eat most things but not lamb or beef, my husband doesn’t eat chicken or fish. The only pork offerings did not appeal to either of us, ditto the veggie options. We ended up going for “From France to India” by Kricket and Michel Roux. What can I say, other than yuk, yuk, yuk. The parathas were nice - but the rest of it ended up in the food waste bin. Would have been really upset if I had spent my own money on it, and I can think of hundreds of better things to do with £100.

Fantastic choice of food and great communication re delivery . It's a great alternative to going out to a restaurant - and a great gift to send to someone too.

Ordered the Chocolate curry goat by Andi Oliver as our first Dispatch order. It was so delicious. Melt in the mouth sliced meat, fried plantain, dressed callaloo, turmeric fries. Everything just right together.
Have already placed our next order with Dispatch. Date night at home has a new level of flavour.

I’m a longtime Dishpatch Supper Club member - it’s been great for gifts but also had some wonderful meals (notably Andi Oliver menus). But I am about to cancel my membership as delivery is just not reliable. Twice in the last three months an order has simply not arrived. We’re told it’s out for delivery, then that it’s running late, and finally that it’s not coming. Apologies and offered refunds are all very well, but when you’ve planned a special meal or even worse a special present and ended up waiting all day and having your plans ruined, it’s just not worth the money or the risk. Response times on Saturdays are also really slow, which isn’t great given that it’s a key day for their deliveries. I am not going to risk this any more - and advise you to be cautious if you do.
UPDATE- after a fair few emails with Dishpatch they kindly dispatched a replacement meal at no charge as an apology for the one that didn’t arrive for my relative’s birthday. DPD managed to deliver that one - and my relative was very pleased.

Second time ordering. First time Beef wellington which was out of this world, but the second order Tartiflette, was absolutely outstanding. I can't rate it high enough, and to get it on offer at half price, is unbelievable. Wonderful, wonderful food and a great price.

So reminiscent of aprez ski. This was decadently sumptuous. It is not something I have ever cooked myself and so quick and easy to prepare. Well done Dishpatch. Another winner.

Delivery was delayed by a day, which when it comes to seafood is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed that we didn't have anything to eat on the day specified, when we ordered weeks in advance. FYI - Dishpatch uses DPD so if you have issues with their deliveries (as many people do!) would not recommend. Dishpatch were very helpful once the problem was identified but for such an expensive experience, I would have expected delivery to be more reliable.

The quality of the ingredients was excellent and the process for getting it to the table was simple. This is a great way to spoil yourselves.

We had the beef wellington banquet for NYE. Soup was missing. The rest of the meal was delicious though. As a supper club member it was good value for money.

Middle Eastern Feast by Sabrina Ghayour was outstanding. Beautiful balance of flavours, and lovely way to enjoy vegetarian food. Portion sizes are small so those with bigger appetites should beware! Dispatch is costly but very nice for an occasional treat.

Overall beef wellington was excellent but abit over priced based on size. Cooking instructions good but other item didn’t arrive with order.
