I went to this website, which is covered with the Dish logo and the word "Dish" everywhere, offering 5G home internet anywhere in the U.S.

When I called, the person who answered said, "We're not Dish, but we get their overflow calls when they are busy."

Complete lie. No way is that true. She then gave me the Dish toll-free number.

This website is a scam selling awful HugheNet and other services. The FTC should take it down.

Dropping dish. Promises then no service dropped many channels since signing contract!!!!!!

spent an hour on the phone trying to convey the request that I wanted satellite tv on my boat. repeatedly used the word "boat", not home, house, or residence. Boat. Large live aboard boat. Wanted wifi and satellite tv. Seemed simple. They took deposit, made appointment, rep called and couldn't locate my house, he said the only address that they provided was for a marina. Again explained that I have a boat. It has Raymarine satellite system. Wanted to use it, needed a signal. Thought that I was clear. Rep finally found me at the marina and said, yeah, they don't do boats. still waiting on refund of m deposit. On my boat.

Outstanding help from the customer representatives and installers from Dish. Couldn't be better. I would recommend dish services any time, to anyone. The only glitch in the process was I asked for the 2nd TV hookup to be wireless, and the installer had an order that made it a wired connection. The changes was made, but Dish charged me $50 for the wireless box (I had been told that all equipment was free with the promotion). I went ahead and approved the $50 for the equipment, but was not thrilled about it. The number of obtuse emails (8 or more) and odd billing notices from Dish reflect their system of partners and not a single integrated company. Still, outstanding product and service so I still recommend.
