I have used Diskcrafters a few times and each time the result is excellent. Customer service is really attentive and helpful. Brilliant service. Would not look anywhere else for CD cutting and duplication.

I ordered a run of 25 CD'S on Thursday of last week and they arrived with FedEx thismorning and the quality is second to none. I have used a different company in the past and this was my first time trying Disk Crafters. The Speed, the print quality, absolutely perfect. You couldn't tell it apart from a large commercial retail run. Impressed isn't the word! The ordering process was easy, turnaround was brilliant, i'll definately be using DC from now on. The fact they do limited runs is brilliant and the quality of the product is outstanding. Great service, comms and quick delivery, on top of a high quality product, you can’t ask for much more. Mike and staff were fantastic to work with esp given this was my first album - others have recorded my songs - so it was special to see a great product arrive and you know you are in the hand of experts which is reassuring. Top class service and highly recommended!

The templates for uploading art and audio were straightforward. Fast turnaround on the order for our first EP. Will definitely order again for the full album.

Very easy to create, good basic instructions but even after submission they checked back to make sure that I hadn't forgotten something.

If I could give a 10 star rating then I would they are totally awesome.
Someone let me down for a project I had worked on and time was of the essence. A phone call to these guys after searching the internet for countless companies with false promises proved it was the ultimate way to go. Spoke to Mike on the phone and explained the situation and he replied I am sure we can help you. After sending over the relevant folders to them the service they gave me was exactly the time frame stated on the phone. Everything is top quality the audio and the artwork was better then expected. I 150% recomend these guys and you should stop searching about for others.

I would recommend Disk Crafters for CD duplication and printing.

Overall; very good. Website easy to use, communication good, CDs play fine and the black and silver CD printing is flawless. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is because there appears to be no barrier to protect your artwork from other folk when you put it in the DiskCrafters shared drive. Unless I've got that wrong? However, I intend to use them again, and I'd recommend.
