It was easy to get started

It was easy to get started, no queries as it ran and the files and directory areas were copied in original readable and selectable formats with no compression.

Excellent support from Megan Z, despite a compatibility issue on my end

I used this software and unfortunately lost a partition, and my data couldn't be recovered. However, to be fair, I was running a Windows Insider version at the time, so it's highly possible there was a system mismatch or compatibility issue that caused the problem, rather than the software itself.

Regardless of the outcome, I am leaving a 5-star rating specifically for the customer support, especially Megan Z. She was incredibly patient, professional, and guided me step-by-step trying to fix the issue. Even though we couldn't save the data, her dedication to helping customers was outstanding. Highly recommend their support team!

I've used both AOMEI Partition…

I've used both AOMEI Partition assistant and Backup Pro software for years for my business, and cannot think of a product that can better it. But now I'm retired I dont need all those features I once used, so its nice to find a free version that covers the basics.

I contacted AOMEI Support for an issue…

I contacted AOMEI Support for an issue I was having transferring software license from old devices to new ones. I was extremely impressed with the lightning fast, clear response I received from Larry Lucky of the AOMEI Support Team. The issue was quickly resolved. Excellent customer service!
