I had a Great experience with Dis Levent International and I'm very happy with my results.A big thanks to Dr.Ruchan,Cristi, Claudia e Mauro for their profesionalism and patient.

First course of treatment
We had our first course of treatment, we find the clinic and staffs to be very friendly and professional.
Our interpreter was excellent and explain the treatment package.
All together a very good experience which include the hotel
The pain from the treatment is not is not to be underestimated and so pain killers is a must.
Looking forward to our 2nd and 3rd visit

U guys robbed me crap implants broke straight away when I was sleeping wat kind r scam r u run. I'm disabled in r wheel chair n have no job no money but I saved for years every dollar I got just to get my teeth done cost ne $20,000 all together n as soon as I got back 2 Australia it broke in my sleep n I told them this n u know wat they said oh just come back n we will fix make it better with so titanium y wouldn't do that is the first place now I'm fu*ked I can afford r ticket so yeh guys stay away from this place find another one cause ur just going 2 get robbed here

After bad treatment with two Antalya dental clinics , since 2022, l contacted this clinic explaining my poor experiences with these clinics and sent them all the information of the corrective problems I require.
X-rays and photos were sent and many phone conversation had.
Adam their manager assured me that there was no problem,sending me a treatment plan including details of multi abutments that would resolve the reason why the other two clinics had failed to provide the appropriate solution

Arriving at the clinic, which visually was not appealing and gave me some concern ,entrance down a side street Entrance
Via a small lobby with a lift to 3rd floor small reception area no Initial greeting of welcome.
Eventually I was taken down to a very small room for an X-ray although there was a X-ray protection jacket on a stand it was not used?
In the corner was a open waste bin filled to the top with bloody tissues.

After another 20 mins wait filled in a medical history form have say neither of the other clinics did this , the young lady who assisted me with this was very pleasant.
This is when it became apparent that they did not have any of the information I sent in August this include the details of my existing implants which are a very popular make .
They contacted their office and found the photo I sent them of the package of my implants.
They said they could not understand the details? Irrespective of this of course if they had carried out the prior checks before my visit this would not have been a problem ?

Eventually they examine me the X-ray they have taken was very dark and poor resolution
This is when it became apparent that they had not studied my dental history.
Several dentist did their inspection and to each one I had to explain my requirements.
This of course gave no confidence the dentist dr Ozgun who I specifically asked to carry out my treatment was sitting in the corner behind the dental chair making no effort to present himself to me , only when leaving the room did realise who making Disgruntled remarks to the dentist who had examined me
Sitting behind a small desk he gave only Cursory glance and put his head down.

Needless to say I was very disappointed although they said they could provide treatment this I heard from the two other previous clinics.

Once again after spending nearly £1000 in travel and hotel I decide to get a return flight the next day.
They sent a message the doctors would like to speak to me but too little late.

My advise if you have existing implants which my case was misaligned abutments have your treatment in the Uk , my dental visits to Turkey are no more the cost and stressed caused is not worth it ,Particularly at 72 years of age.

I had a great experience with Dis Levent in Istanbul, the staff is very friendly,nice and knowledgeable. The translator is very patient, kind and helpful.
I was very nervous but the team was very nice with me.
My implant and crowns are very good looking, I’m very happy with my results.
A big thanks to Dr Ruchan with her assistant and Debora my translator; they did an amazing job.

I traveled to Turkey for an All-on-Six treatment at DIS Levent International, and it was a fantastic decision. Patient consultant Adam took care of all my travel arrangements, including hotel and transfers, which made the entire process stress-free. Dr. Özgün was incredibly skilled and attentive throughout my treatment. The friendly staff and modern facilities made me feel at home. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend this clinic 🤩🤩🤩

Like most people I didn't take the time to care for my teeth and needed extensive work. I ended up with "the works" involving implants and caps.

My biggest fear is always pain. I can honestly say that the only pain I experienced was the first injection into my gum. After that, it was fine. I was fearful of the implants, however, I didn't realize when they had actually put the implants in, it was that painless.

Because of needing time for the implants to properly set, I was required to make two visits (3 months apart). Each time I arrived in Istanbul I was given clear instructions (video via WhatsApp) on where to meet the Taxi that had been organized to take me to the hotel. Each day I was picked up from the hotel, taken to the clinic and back to the hotel.

THE CLINIC: I was greeted by Lydia at the door and taken to the waiting room. Lydia was a consummate host, (fluent in several languages) and would translate when needed and answer any questions I had (Thank you, Lydia.) Thank you to Busra, who would always greet me with a smile when entering the reception. Thank you to Dr. Ruchan Tarcan who performed 90% of the dental work. He was efficient and very skilled. I must not forget his assistant Seren (thank you so much for being so professional) and Kerim (the office manager). Everyone was pleasant and friendly and I was made to feel at ease all the time.

The clinic is modern, clean and what you would expect in a similar practice in the USA with all the latest technology and instruments.

Lastly, but not least, many thanks go out to Adam who was my main contact when deciding on which clinic to use. He took care of all arrangements for my arrival and stay in Istanbul.

Recommendation: Stop putting off what you know needs doing and have no fear of this clinic. I am super happy with results. A big thank you to everyone.

I have recently got my single implant and couple of root canals and fillings done in Dis Levent International. Adam is a brilliant coordinator, he had been in contact throughout the treatment with prompt responses. Implant Surgeon Ozgun Gunay and Dentist Pelin Hazar are amazing, truly professional and skillful. I do highly recommend this clinic for any dental treatment you need. Looking forward to go for my second visit for crowns soon.

Eda's friendly and reassuring nature made me feel confident in my decision, and she was always available to address any questions or concerns that arose during the treatment journey.
Now, onto the star of my Hollywood smile transformation: Dr. Muhammed. It is evident that Dr. Muhammed is not only a highly skilled dentist but also an artist when it comes to cosmetic dentistry.

I would like to say thank you for the kindness and the professionalism that all the staff shown during all the process, especially Eda, who is the medical consultant that helped during the process and Dr Ruched for his preparation.

Honestly, they are perfectionists, everything was amazing, I will recommend it to all my friends.
