I had a very good experience with disneystore.eu at Christmas.
I was a bit hesitant to buy from them because of some of the bad reviews, but decided to try as they had exactly the hoodie from zombies 4 that my niece wanted.

Everything went smooth. They only took one day to answer me about a size-issue. The delivery came a few days after my order and I'm very happy about the quality of the hoodie. And most importantly, my niece loves it <3

A purchase experience as all should be. Quick and intuitive site and very fast delivery. Can happily do again

My order simply did not arrive. I just paid 50 eur absolutely for nothing.
No help from the store, they even do not pick up when I call them and the chat is not working.

Ordered item- I went through PayPal to be secure. It never redirected back to Disney to get the confirmation that order was made or ref number like it usually does. Didn’t receive confirmation email either.Tried contacting their support team- which directed me to an online live chat, which has been off line for 2 days now. Panicked and got my husband to order the item to ensure we got it for Christmas. Only to receive a confirmation email of my order over 12 hrs later!!!!! Tried contacting them again to no avail -to cancel order. But their policy is no cancellation if 30 mins have expired since ordering- how about over 12hrs !! Terrible non existent service. Avoid !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick delivery, nice products, everytime i when i order its perfect.

Also they give a Quick respons when i send a email to ask something

Wanted to order the new Disney ily 4EVER Doll, but the webpage showed me a white screen everytime I pushed Checkout.
Tried by Chrome, Firefox, Opera & my phone, deleted all cookies etc. had a friend try it out for me, but she was stuck in address because she could only choose Ireland as a country & not Denmark.
Ordered before Christmas (2022) without any issues to Denmark.

Contacted customer service & wrote all of the above I just mentioned & got this horrible robot answer:

We would kindly advise you to try using the incognito browser option, alternatively you can try clearing the cookies and cache again and make sure to select the option to clean all cache and cookies and not just recent ones. Please be aware this can affect any stored passwords on your device.

Not sure the person even read what I wrote.
I answered back & asked if they all of a sudden stopped shipping to Denmark, but haven't gotten a reply back, probably because it's the weekend now.
I'm not expecting any pro answer back & apparently they don't care about getting a sale.

They have very nice and exclusive products, some products are great quality for a great price. I got my order quite fast and it was very well packed in a highly decorated Disney illustrated box. All went well, but returning goods is a different story. I had some issues. First of all I couldnt admit my return in the system, I had to contact a Disneystore staffmember on the chat. Then I finally could ship my order back, but now I wont hear anything back from them after almost 3 weeks.. So they can improve their customer experience for sure.

They run from their responsibility if there are errors on the internet site.
Their customer service does not exist. They answer only in east and west.
I bought for 102 eur and was cheated for an ornament due to a popup error on their site. To accommodate me, they offered a 25% discount if I just bought for 60 eur more .... 🤣
