While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Carriers owe money back when a parcel arrives late, goes missing or turns up damaged. It is written into the service agreements you already signed. Almost nobody claims it. The deadlines are short, the carrier portals are slow, and no operations team has a spare afternoon to file claims one parcel at a time. So the money sits in carrier accounts and quietly expires. Dispatchly handles that part. You connect your carrier accounts and keep your own API keys. We audit your shipments against the SLA terms you are actually on, find the breaches that qualify, and file the claims for you. Refunds land back in your carrier account, and you keep every cent of them. We charge a flat monthly fee based on parcel volume. Most of the older names in this category take 25 to 50 percent of everything they recover for you. We take none of it. The recovered money is yours, and our pricing does not move when your refunds get bigger. Dispatchly supports 380+ carriers and works with e-commerce brands, fulfilment centres and 3PLs shipping anywhere from a few hundred to several hundred thousand parcels a month. The company is Dutch, founder-led, and small enough that you will end up talking to the people who built the thing. If a claim goes sideways or the product does something it should not, we would rather hear it from you than read it here first.
