Ordered with them and paid for 24 delivery, I can see from bank account money has been taken (payment) yet my order never arrived and now on their site it says cancelled, been trying to contact them now for three days and have had no response, I believe that I may have been scammed,, luckily I did not order a lot from them, so getting my fingers burned whilst annoying is not end of the world, however I don’t think I will try again, if something went wrong then fine, tell me, but I’m being ghosted and ripped off which goes against everything the site states as it’s mantra. I would advise people to be careful.

Average street weed for £40 2 £50 an 8th cali £90 an 8th is shocking the shake is just brown dust takes a week to arrive if ever and on top of that DPD are compounding all parcel so your out of pocket. Plus leave a bad honest review on there site and it gets deleted they are becoming the ss of the cannabis world.

Would recommend these.. Always great quality products and a decent variation.. One order got seized recently but soon as I contacted them they sent me a coupon code for the full amount including delivery.. Ordered again with the code and delivered within days.. Really impressed

Like I said give them time they sorted my order out and I will shop again and yes I used my coupon had confirmation that is was paid then today 21st it arrived remember they are there for us and they always answer me back so for sorting out the lost order I will shop again because I know they have kept there word to me

Well I did put a bad review and they have sorted my order out they are proper they just sent it without any information so yes they made my day please ignore my other review I will buy from them again

Right after waiting for my order for over 3 weeks (got in touch a few times no response) and finally got through , I was told my parcel was seized. I was given a coupon code for the same amount as my order and managed to use this. I received this 2 days ago & can say that I am happy after all this,quality & I’ll be returning again,hopefully things run smooth for them soon.I was skeptic at first.

What I think has happened is many peoples parcel got seized and lots of people are getting in touch but haven’t been responded to yet as I see many negative reviews.unlucky for the team. They said they would reimburse peoples parcels who got seized?! What type of service do you call that! So hats off to them. They aren’t running off scamming as I originally thought.I imagine it takes a while to do this service for all of us & still keep running!The government still criminalises it. What a joke. What this website does for me is safe,discreet manner. Thank u to the team 4 running this.I take this for my pain.

Ordered twice, got my orders both times. Good products, nice dense nugs.

Its been 2 weeks, apparently been sent to royal mail yet no sign of the delivery whatsoever all I get is "Item despatched" while they run off with my money and charge me for the "48 hour delivery". They don't respond to any messages or communicate anything at all. Love being scammed.

Payed over £115 for an ounce of shake for it never to arrive. I contacted them and was not given a refund or a coupon. Avoid.

Nothing positive to say at all... after a lot of apprehension i finally decided to place an order. Order was seized by DPD (fine s%@t happens) then no restock and they blatantly ignore your messages. Been trying to contact them for a week. So a voucher code is all well and good except when theres no stock to spend it on. Never again, ill stick to the dude down the street!

Absolute con-artists! They took my money and didn't deliver, blamed it on the delivery company... hard to know if that's true or not, but regardless terrible customer service! It took multiple messages over days to get any kind of response and when I finally did they refused to give any refund. Their philosophy is supposed to be about professionalism and changing the perception of buying the green stuff when in reality they're just down right thieves, with no morals.

Don’t bother. Overpriced, poor quality for what you are paying for. The website is a complete lie. They don’t dispatch orders before midday, their customer service is terrible and generic responses each time and they don’t care about curating customer loyalty or helping with legislation, they just take your money and say the package is delayed and refuse to refund you.

Paid for my order, which they did not even start ‘processing’ until I messaged them the day it was meant to be shipped. They have now not responded to my 2 other messages and have still not dispatched my order

Do not part with your money and avoid them at all costs as they’re scam artists and I’ll be turning up at their business address to get my money, see you soon :)

Took my money and then like other reviews stated made numerous excuses about why nothing had been delivered. After pestering them for days they finally offered me a coupon for a new order, however the only things left in stock were then crazy expensive stuff... There website states the offer refunds if tracking data shows orders have not been received which was easy to see but they refuse to refund me.

Trust your gut and stay away from this scam, keep your money.

I wouldnt bother with this service, placed a few orders now and every one has taken ages to get here due to some "issue" or another. Most recent one was an order placed on 27/01/2023, and to date i still dont have it. Looks like its not going to be here until Monday now. However i placed an order with strainstarz yesterday and it was on my doorstep waiting for me today when i got home from work. now thats service, plus it was free delivery!!!

I've ordered about 5 times now and never had a problem. The delivery time was bit long in December but there were mail strikes and I assume this company has A LOT of demand as there stock runs dry after a couple of days.

Please give them a chance, they're a fairly new business so I'm sure there will be hiccups before they're more established.

As I said, I never have any problems but i understand some people do.

Bud is good if a bit pricey but this is the only way I can buy weed

Really disappointed in my recent orders, last order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and what I received was not great for the price. Customer service was really poor plus always seem to be out of stock and the range when in stock is pretty poor.
Not sure what has happened as when I first used them last year I had a great experience
