Hello everyone I ordered from this site and i was very happy with the purchase. Everything with my order went as it should I ordered ring that was for demand so it had to be made and i received it within a one month week or so which was as expected since it was custom made ring.
I still have not received my item and the tracking is not updating. I have also tried contacting support via email and instagram and no response.

Please note that the item you ordered is made to order — as stated in the product description, each piece requires approximately two to four weeks to be carefully produced. Your piece is now in its final stages of creation, and it’s scheduled to ship out this week.
