Great concept but OK results
Hi - I liked the concept but I don’t think it was effective as a standard deodorant you buy in the marketplace. Perhaps it’s each persons body type so I would put your product on but then 2 hours later have to use my regular deodorant.
Hope the product continues to improve!

We're sorry to hear it wasn't a home run for you! We did notice you mentioned you are still using a regular deodorant as well, our product isn't designed as an anti-antiperspirant so you will sweat more especially when switching from one. We recommended reapply ours as soon as you start to smell to help readjust your body back t normal. I love this product
I love the eco packaging and the homemade labels on the bottles. Your product works well. I have found the need to occasionally reapply later in the day. Love the creativity with coming up with new scents and the way u market them in your posts on social media.

Does not combat BO
Unfortunately, this product does not work for me. I wanted it to, but it does not. I am pretty active and have never had problems with BO with traditional deodorant. I have used PitLiquor for two weeks now and even after a short walk in the sun, my pits smelled very funky. Maybe I need to use more? That did nothing to improve the situation. Forget trying to workout without taking a shower after. Sorry, I have gone back to traditional deodorant.
UPDATE: they very quickly gave me a full refund. Thank you very much for that.

We do have a program where we work with the small number of people who don't have a home-run experience with our deodorant so we can test and improve. You're always welcome to write to us so we can add you to that list. We ask for a lot of feedback from our extra-strength testers so we can learn what might have contributed, and once we get your feedback, we add you to that list and send our test batches out. We're working on a second recipe now.
We always invite customers to reach out to us so we can reach a positive solution and hope to always treat people with care.

great product. Fast shipping and I was so impressed with the compact and efficient packaging. It was very waste free and didn't take up any space than what was necessary.

Love my product, had a problem with the dispenser after just 2-3 weeks. I reached out to the company & they promptly sent a replacement nozzle & even sent along an addressed envelope for me to ship them the defect so they could further investigate. I love small companies for this kind of personal service!

It smells great, just doesn't last long
Its been a week since I received my Coconut Rum with lime and the spray pump broke after the 2nd spritz. I contacted the company and they immediately apologized and sent out a new pump, which I received very quickly. I detoxed off of aluminum garbage deodorants almost 2 years ago, so I have experience with natural deodorants. I work 13 hrs at a hospital, running around all day, and have to say this deodorant is ok. I find myself reapplying 2-3x a day, so that is my only issue as that could be very expensive. It does smell amazing though, but It does not last long for me. I got curious and decided to make my own liquor based deodorant to save money, using 3oz of gin, 1tbls vinegar, black pepper, 10 drops of lavender, 10 drops of peppermint, and 10 drops of lemon, and I find it to work A LOT better and last longer. .... maybe gin works better than rum for me!. Just saying. I am always trying new things and making my own is better for me.
