God forbid you have a problem with…

Absolutely Terrible. You better hope you don't have a problem with delivery. Zero help from their customer service. Everything is automated replys and there is no phone number to call. WhatsApp number is also a dead end. Ridiculous.
Instead of receiving 4 winter tyres, I got delivered by GLS two correct tyres, one much larger tyre and a coat that was supposed to be sold on Vinted (WHAT?Seriously?).
Worst experience ever ordering tyres.
Waiting since one month now!
500euros owed to me.
I will file a Fraud Claim with Visa and file a complaint on TestAchat.

Wrong part delivered, no return policy!!!

The website indicated the mapco 61560 oil filter fits my 2009 honda accord CU1. It does not however, since the outer diameter is 76, and it should be 65 (which I learned by ordering the part from another website). After indicating this to customer service, they stated: we delivered the correct part, so you will have to pay for the return delivery costs. This is not only unhelpful, it is also not according to EU warranty laws. After 9 mails, pictures and screenshots, they still refuse to accept free return, as is legally required of them. They seem to assume noone wants to go to court over a 15 euro part. This is unethical and illegal. Avoid this website at all costs!!

Buying a watertank for car

Buying a watertank for car, must be chinese made, very bad quality, lip ,holder brakes off, just because I placed it ,they don't refund, they will using the Fotos, proofs to having their refund from China!! Means they sold it 2x because they don't refund it. (Even in this situation, China refund back). DON'T needs to return a defective/bad quality item!! Also they're not refunding back,lies about quality :((((

Did not deliver the order

The purchased items (25EUR value) have never reached me. DHL tracking has shown that the parcel was never delivered and returned to the supplier but i have never received any notification of deliver note from DHL. When contacting the supplier i was informed that the delivery could not be made due to my fault and they will not refund the cost (see below).
In summary I lost 25EUR which are now with Distri-auto and got NOTHING, also i lost time waiting for my parts.

According to the courier company, the order was not picked up at the parcel point and was therefore returned to our warehouse.
Unfortunately, the transport costs are higher than the price of the order, so we cannot give a refund in this case.
