Very friendly and professional service by Morten who read through the tilstandsrapport and gave us a very thorough understanding of what needs to be fixed and the cost. Highly recommended and it’s helped us get a better idea of what we should do next. Couldn’t recommend more to anyone who needs an expert to look through your house before buying!
I hired Morten to come and do the technical evaluation of the house I was about to buy.
He gave immediate availability (even during the weekend!!). He spent there a full hour, and he was extremely thorough in the evaluation. He made me notice a lot of small things and details, both good and bad, that I would have never noticed myself. He gave me suggestions on how to do improvements, including price ranges, and he gave me a suggestion for further negotiations on the house price (which went to my advantage at the end!).
So yes, I was very satisfied with his job. I would greatly recommend him, and I would definitely call him again in case I will be in the same situation.
