I am sorry to hear you have not received your item nor a response from customer service. This is very unusual and this will be looked into today as matter of urgency and and will update you within 24hrs regarding why your email had not been responded to on this extremely rare occasion.
I can see from the email attached to this trustpilot account and cross referencing this to our order portal your order was shipped on time and tracking information supplied. Your item is currently with the courier, I have contacted them to find out why this has not yet been delivered.
In the meantime I would like to resolve the issue regarding the service you received after making your purchase with us and as stated above would like to resolve this today in a manner which is fair for you.
