I wish I had dug deeper before ordering form divacc. They lure you in with images of beautiful dresses only to send trash. I spent nearly $130. The pieces I received are worthless, I am not exaggerating when I say the actual value of the items is less that $5. I requested a refund and was told to return the items. I explained that the cost to return would exceed the actual value, so they offered to return 50% if I kept the items. After much back and forth I decided to return the items, which cost me $32. Now I'm just hoping that I actually get a refund, otherwise I'll be down $162. The customer service is the worst along with their so called dresses that are completely unusable. Simply ridiculous, please do NOT purchase from this website.

I placed an order 2 months ago. I immediately canceled the order in less than 30 min. after reading other reviews.
Since then, since requesting to cancel the order, I have been sending warning emails and receiving a response that I have exceeded the 24 hour cancellation period and am being charged 15%....
I have not received any other response from them, I am not getting any refund.

Fraude Divacc, an online clothing store, turned out to be a scam. I bought a dress for nearly $50, and what I received was a very poor-quality item, completely different from what was advertised. I feel scammed. I do not recommend this store at all.”

Not even 1 star! Do not order from this site! Horrendous. It is totally a scam. What you receive is such poor quality and totally unwearable!!!!

I never received my order since 7 months. And when I asked for refund, they said that they will retain 15% of the amount.
Even I accepted, I wasn't refunded.

I tried to cancel after 45 days. They said they are deducting 15%, even though nothing is my fault!
I said ok, give me the rest of the order! PAY THE REST TO MY CARD!
So they said they paid the money, should I wait 20 days ???
I have been waiting for more than 40 days, no money.
Now they said I should wait for delivery??

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a dress for a wedding, little did i know that I would be scammed. The `Dress` that came was no where near what I ordered. What I had ordered was a heavily embellished peplum dress with embroidered Wide leg trousers and Scarf. What I got was a cheap, tacky dress, that had no embellishment or emboridery, and DID NOT come with any trousers or the scarf as shown in the pictures. If i could show what I ordered vs what I got, I would. Wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering from this website. This website should be banned for false advertising, misleading customers and getting away with fraud!

I order from their website dollysally and I received totally different dresses disgusting and very cheap material not even worth or 10 cents . It should be banned . The address they send it’s fraud .

Scam company, I ordered a completely different dress and I received a fake copy! I don't know how to get a refund.. it's clearly a fraud!

I ordered a Lace dress but I got a completely different dress. It wasn't a Lace dress, it was a faded printed awful one. Stay away from this website.

A scam company people are dangerous scammers. I made an order and immediately regretted it. I asked them to cancel it and their answer was that in order to cancel it the company would have to keep 15% of the money. After harassing me for 10 days they assured me that they would refund my money within 20 days (without specifying the amount). 1 month has passed and I have not received anything.

they don't deserve even a star. I ordered gowns worth #205.96 in total that i haven't receive yet until now. I ordered November 11, 2024 & now its January 04, 2025 already. i wish I saw the reviews first before ordering. I was scammed!

VERY POOR quality. Doesn't even look close to the picture! The pants are SO sheer & very very small. Also I can't figure out how to return them

DON’T buy from this company the website is a total fraud. I ordered 3 dresses and it’s disgusting what I received. They ask for pictures, I’ve been asking how to return never got an answer except and offer of 30% which I refused and never heard from them again. Super bad quality. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY not a star given it is a zero, believe me the worst of the worst

Do NOT buy from this company. I was sent the wrong dress plus despite paying extra for ‘faster postage’ it arrived late. It took a few attempts to find the right email address to tell the company. They offered 30% refund! I refused and sent back the dress (it was horrible and poorly made). They received the dress but when I kept on asking for my refund plus postage, they kept saying they hadn’t had it despite me sending the proof.
I have got my money back just recently through my credit card company but not the postage.
If I could click on a minus 5 stars, I would.

Has to be a scam website. Ordered a dress in October 2024 and here we are in January and nothing. Impossible to reach them. So I guess I am out of money and a dress.
