Ordered Weedol rootkill plus via Amazon but they sent rapid weed control which is half the price. On the upside it came on time. I have returned it and have got a refund to my card the following day, unlike some people, but I'm not sure if it's Amazon or this company who've done this. Don't think I'll be buying from these again though.

Another piece of paper says unfortunately due to the weight of the order they are unable to deliver to my location. Please contact them with the order number for a refund. I’ve checked my bank and can’t see any transactions to or from this company. Can anyone help regarding what to do about this please.

Brushing scam.....never heard of this company much less ordered from them, yet received some laundry scent booster. Thanks for the freebie, but not happy at the thought of fake reviews because of it!

Ordered through Amazon x2 60ltr bags of compost and only received one. With the name 'Shiva', I can guess who is ripping off who. They are based at 1501, Silverstone Park, Towcester NN12 8FU, I will be paying them a visit soon. 90% of all their reviews are negative. Do not trust this scammer.

Looks like I have just been the target of a brushing scam from this company recieved a roll of clingfilm I didn't buy or order.

This company use a 'brushing scam' where they send you items you did not order (some how they find your address) they then ordered this item for you through a fake profile they have created and send it to you. This then gives them the option to leave themselves a glowing review. Just received a roll of parcel tape from them which I did not order! They are total con artists. Oh and incase you were wondering if they do this, you can keep the item. It does not mean you have been hacked but your address has been used and shared

Also trading as Diva Stores, ordered Gorilla expanding weather sealant but got a box delivered by EVRI of four packs of cheap dehumidifiers. To add insult to injury I was expected to pay the postage, went on to Amazon and eventually had a live chat and got a refund. I have always tried to go for small businesses on Amazon but this collection of shysters has put paid to that!

i see i am not the only person here to have a bad experience with this lot. place order for bike chain lube and instead received two bottles of sewing machine oil. seems to be a pattern here of this lot sending out wrong items. have got no reply. stay away from this company they are a bunch of scammers. i placed order through ebay who were no better but thaat is another review. again divagift scammers stay well clear. order number 04-12464-72883 so you know who iam.

Got a parcel today with my name and address on . A pack of coat hangers NEVER ORDERED THEM . Could sell them some . Don’t know how I came to receive them . Or how they got my address courier would not take them back . How are this company still operating with such bad reviews 😩

Bought Garden product from Amazon as supplied by 'Elyson', wrong product delivered - twice and it is down to me to return them!!! At least I got something, compared to many others who haven't been so 'lucky'! It turns out that 'Elyson' are in fact Diva Stores Ltd and on that basis just look at the other reviews and don't waste your time. It appears they are 'trading' under other identities also.
However Amazon are supporting these so called 'traders' and are not prepared to take steps to stop them. Amazon are quite prepared to allow the likes of Diva Stores Ltd to continue making peoples lives difficult and taking trade away from honest traders. Shame on Amazon and anyone else prepared to support these sorts of parasite.

Ordered an umbrella via eBay and received two tubes of foot lotion! No response to my email to them.

2 bottles of bbq cleaner were delivered with totally inadequate packaging & were also partially unscrewed therefore leaking & causing approximately £200 damage to a wooden worktop
I have e-mailed the company a number of times but they just keep fobbing me off with lame requests & excuses
i will now be taking County Court action

Ordered a box of grass seed which arrived quickly just a pity that the grass seed was not in the open box. At least most was still in the packaging,

Pity I did not bother checking them out on trust pilot.

Would have given zero stars, I ordered RENTOKIL Moth killer spray from this company on eBay, as my wife’s car alarm keeps going off every late evening due to moths living in her car. Needed this product urgently. Brought it on eBay, The company sent me flea killer, not moth killer I ordered. I immediately sent a message. It was ignored by company. Eventually got reply start that they would partial refund 25% of cost. This was not good enough. I requested they send me the proxy I originally ordered. Still refusing to reply to my requests. DO NOT BUY from this company. I regret decision to use this inept useless company.

Ordered lawn weed killer in green container with lawn written on label received standard weed killer in dark blue container messaged seller they apologised and said they would refund me 25% of cost that means I am £6 out of pocket with a product I do not want I refused offers I do not hold much hope of getting my order please note the difference between green and blue so other Byers don’t fall for this blunder intensional or not

Avoid buying from this seller. They sold me a guitar that after 2 weeks became defective. However they refused my request to return & refund. Their customer service is disgusting they prefer to insult you rather than help. I have never experienced such bad customer service where a seller actually abuses their customers. I will be reporting them to Ebay. Please please do not buy from this seller
