Very pleased with the quality of the bed and mattress and delivery was prompt. Delivery driver updated me with arrival time and he and his colleague were pleasant and courteous.

Easy to use website. Excellent delivery time for the most comfortable bed I have ever had at a very reasonable price. Great fabric on headboard and divan base. Very well made. Delivery men where brilliant. Excellent service.

Great divan thought it could be secured using bolts rather than clips but they are holding fast

The headboard arrived on the due date but when I came to assemble the item one of the leg anchor fixings came loose in the board I had to dismantle the back of the board so I could cut the bolt then assemble it with wood screw as I needed the board on the bed as I had guests arriving the following day

got what I ordered, the quality expected, delivered on agreed day, pleasant polite delivery men.

Quick delivery of 2 single beds delivery men were helpful and polite put beds where I wanted them unwrapped first bed was perfect unwrapped second bed and it was broken in 2 places.emailed the company and had a reply within 5 minutes,to say they would delivery a new bed base and collect the broken one and to wait fir a delivery date,had new bed base delivered 5 days after email! Second base was absolutely fine

The team who delivered the bed were excellent. They let us know they were on their way and were most adaptable.

Absolutely first class service. We had to change the date of delivery because we were on holiday and they sorted out a day when we were back. Driver kept us updated and arrived when he said. Product is very good and would recommend this company.

On ordering the beds I had a phone conversation with a member of staff where I explained as pensioners we would need delivery on 3/10 as we would have nothing to sleep on. Numerous emails followed in every one the delivery date of 3/10 was always mentioned. At no time during emails or phone conversations was I told that you could not guarantee delivery on that date! Lo and behold despite contacting your office to ascertain email delivery nothing arrived in my inbox to confirm 3/10. I had to email again and was then told that delivery had been arranged for 8/10! This meant both of us in our late sixties would have nothing to sleep on for a week, needless to say I was very angry.
Upon contacting your office on Saturday 1/10 I spoke to a member of your staff, unfortunately I do not know his name, I wish I did because he went above and beyond arranging delivery for us the following day, 2/10. He was absolutely brilliant and I cannot thank him enough. The two delivery men were here before time stated and were courteous and very helpful.
The beds are excellent and we are very happy with our purchase, the contact and arrangements concerning our requested delivery on 3/10 were abysmal.

Excellent service gentlemen who delivered & took old bed away were just that gentlemanly. Best nights sleep for a long time like sleeping on a cloud. EXCELLENT value for money, a suggestion to you, why not do a combined cost for removal of old bed and assembling new one maybe 80-100£.

Service very good indeed, helpful, explained things very well, straight to the point which I liked, would recommend to colleagues and friend.

The 2ft 6 Ottoman beds and headboards are of very good quality - the mechanism are not flimsy and they work very smoothly. We chose the slate wool fabric which looks lovely and also appears to be of good quality. Delivery went very well - they arrived promptly, securely packaged and were delivered directly to the room they were intended for. Overall a fantastic experience - I would definitely use again and 100% recommend.

Ordering was simple, once ordered I received regular updates on when the bed would arrive, including a phone call to confirm i was happy with the date and time, which I appreciated.

The bed arrived really early, the delivery guys were very professional and delivered to the room of my choice. The bed is as expected, so would definitely recommend!
