I purchase a headband feb 1 2021 it is feb 24 2021 and I have not received a tracking nor a reply to 3 emails.This company is a fraud. $50 lost

If you want to exchange or refund something with them, they make your life so difficult. They stop/don’t reply to your emails/messages. Their wigs are veryyyyy overpriced for the quality considering they don’t last more than 2 months. Please ladies find another wig company. I like unice hair and they are way more affordable.

I ordered a headband wig with human hair but received something with half synthetic hair and 4/5 tracks human hair at the front. This woman is a con! Ladies please save your money by getting your headband wigs from samsbeauty.com. This woman charged me 156 bucks for this fake thing while I got the real thing for 76! DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR MONEY IT IS A WASTE!

Hi just received my wig today it was a long time coming but definitely worth the wait, I'm happy with it, it fits very nice and looks fantastic it's very soft and I love the curl and happy with the quality thankyou very much.

First it is a company out of China so don’t be fooled by the name. Don’t waste your money! Totally unethical company. They have taught me to never order hair online again. I never received my order and I am glad that I paid through paypal. They claimed to paypal that they mailed my order using a fake delivery number but would not indicate how they shipped. They refused to respond to any of my emails. Fortunately paypal refunded my money.

Worst company ever! Just read the reviews Willow all of them are pretty much accurate to talk about this person named Stella who is completely deceitful and how when you purchased the week online what you get to your front door is something completely different. I have gone back-and-forth with this company for much trying to get a refund for my money. And sending the items back to China is a nightmare in itself. Avoid this company with all of your being they are complete crooks and every thing on their website is a scam.

I have never in my life delt with the perfect scam artist, you’re better off buying them Halloween wigs because this is a whole fraud, $700, I could see the tracking, colour wasn’t what I ordered the inches ! Omg and the hair just falls out like noting I really wish I could post photos and conversations, please don’t waste your money on this company

I have a small head and asked for a small cap because the average cap sizes are a little too big for me. The option was not available on the website but Stella was kind enough to find a small cap, send me the measurements of the circumference, keep me updated on the processing and shipping time. I’m so appreciative for the help. The wig came sooner than I expected and fit great. Thanks Stella. This is why I continue to order from divaswigs.

If I could take away stars I would. I have been in contact with Stella who has given me the runaround! On top of my order that took a while to be shipped I never received anything, still have not. The site says it has been shipped but never delivered. She sends you confirmation of delivery, fine but nothing emerged in my mail center or door step! I wish I would have read these comments prior to placing an order now I’m no unit and funds short. At this point I have opened a dispute with my bank and have an investigation going on with fedex. Stella what you are doing is WRONG!

I absolutely love this wig. I got it in 26 inches and it's true to length. It looks exactly like the picture, dark root ombre with 613 hair and even though its blonde, it's still soft and silky. I never bought this type of cap before so I was concerned as if it was going to fit. I'm usually a small and it fits perfectly. It has teo combs on the sides and one on the back at the bottom. And two adjustable straps. Totally worth the buy!! I will definitely be purchasing again.

This company is a scam. The postings on YouTube are not genuine or transparent. I dealt with Stella and she gave me runaround about receiving my wig on anticipated date. It took over month to receive wig. The wig I received was horrible and not the wig advertised. The wig was a totally different color, shorter than the inches I ordered, hair breakage throughout the wig, and not 100% human hair. I am still fighting for a refund. Stella had the nerve to request another $50 to repair the wig!!! Trust me don't waste your money!!

I dealt with a lady called Stella.. she is a fraud she sells poor quality laces the volume is horrible please think twice before buying from her!!! Bad bad hair

I Absolutely love This company I have been buying hair from them for about five months now and every item that I get from there is always beautiful I just received here the other day and I am amazed of how well it’s put together they are very professional and keep you up-to-date with your order they also give great discounts . Since I found this company I wont order from anyone else but them and I’ve been buying wigs for over 10 years now

I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

I purchased the SUPER FINE HD INVISIBLE UNDETECTABLE SEAMLESS SWISS LACE wig based on an Influencer’s recommendation on social media. When the wig arrived I was so excited! However I noticed that the unit was NOT an HD but a low quality lace unit with visible knots all over except the preplucked hairline.
I notified the company and sent pictures. As of to date they have not provided any answers.

Stella at Divas Wigs is amazing - excellent customer service. And this wig! Let me tell you, this hair is very manageable even for someone like myself who is a beginner. Second purchase so far, will be back for another soon. Thanks so much.

To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

Bought a wig from them 2years ago that was too quality and lasted long. I then ordered a costly custom wig that shedded and stayed dry and didn’t last 3 months.

The Lydia wig is as incredible as the Youtube videos I watched told me it would be. This hair is AMAZING and the customer service team has helped me all along the way with getting to this piece. Definitely buying more wigs from here down the line! A+ experience!
