Very good experience with Dive Devil.
I recently ordered a Dive Tag and I’m genuinely satisfied with the product. The build quality is solid, well finished, and matches what I expected for diving equipment.
I initially had an issue with customs fees on delivery, but customer service handled it very professionally. They responded quickly and refunded the extra costs without any hassle.
Communication was clear and the support was efficient throughout the process.
Overall, a trustworthy company with good products and responsive customer service. I would order again.

I leave in France and I order 2 cards and have been charge for it 45€ with transport, find.
At the end I have been charge 56€ and when finaly I receive it in France I had to pay on top 19€ taxes fee other wise I wouldn't receive it.
So 75€ almost twice the price, it could have been told before I buy it.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for your frustration with the extra charges. Just to clarify, the €56 you paid us included the products and shipping. The €19 you were asked to pay on delivery was a customs/import fee applied by French authorities, which is unfortunately outside our control.

We do highlight in our terms & conditions that international orders may be subject to these fees, but we understand this can still come as an unwelcome surprise. We’re now working on making this information more prominent during checkout so it’s clearer for EU customers.

Sorry to hear your tag hasn’t arrived yet. Just to reassure you, your order was dispatched via Royal Mail within 48 hours of being placed. As you selected the non-tracked option, delivery updates aren’t available, and international orders can sometimes be delayed by customs.
