Deplorable!

I recently chose Dive Assure for trip insurance for a vacation in July 2022. Purchasing is easy. They will take your payment but they will not settle a claim. My Father became critically ill the day before my departure and I was unable to take the trip. I have emailed multiple documents to get my claim settled including medical statements. Each time I sent a document they asked for another document. I drew the line when they asked for my Father's personal medical history! I will never do business with them again. Purchase at your own risk.

I liked them UNTILL I had to extend my…

I liked them UNTILL I had to extend my coverage for 1 more day. I had to get a whole new quote and pay the full price I paid for the 10 day prior - around $120. Outrageous!
