Don't buy your prom dress from here
I would never buy a dress from this shop ever again. I had brought a dress for my daughters prom last year 2024 (only reviewing it today so people don't make the same mistake as us Jun 2025). Within an hour of wearing the dress the thin wires under the breast were hanging out of the side no tears or rips. When I emailed the store they asked for pictures which I sent. After looking at the pictures they said this was a sale item and all they could do was exchange or give me a credit note lasting 12 months.
If my daughter had wore the prom dress more then once then I would have accepted their offer but the dress had started to fall apart within hours of wearing it.
The dress cost more then £100 so it wasn't a cheap dress.
After going back and fourth with them I decided to claim my money back through my credit card. Now they had 28 days to dispute the claim but what these wicked people did was wait until the last possible day to get their money so I didn't have a leg to stand on regarding the money.
I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLYA PROM DRESS. STAY CLEAR
