Pretty green glazed petal plate
The plate was exactly what I wanted.
I purchased one from a National Trust shop quite a while ago and use it to put medium size candles on. My friend has always wanted one so I was really pleased when I sourced this as part of her birthday present.
It arrived so promptly and was really well packed.

The email saying that someone needed to be at home was too late, and in spite of being located within electric gates and the ability to leave and lock the porch door on closing, took it away
The original card said that it would try the next day, but then I had an email saying it had been returned

We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel is not delivered as expected.
Unfortunately, with Royal Mail 24-hour tracked delivery, parcels must be signed for and safely received. Royal Mail would usually attempt delivery again the next day, however their services have been under additional strain during the recent heatwave. These delivery decisions are made by Royal Mail and are outside of our control.
From the tracking, I can see that the parcel is due to be returned to us today. As soon as we receive it, we will arrange for it to be sent back out to you.

The vase carafe looked gorgeous on the website. Reality less so,it is large and rather out of proportion for its function. Rather more of a statement piece.

Replacement of favourite oyster opener.
Great value. Was able to replace my oyster knife and Breton clamp for the same price I bought the original from you many years ago, which I head lent to a friend, and unfortunately he broke the knife tip. Wonderful to replace it.

An amazing Cook Expert gadget
As this was my first experience I wasn’t sure what to expect but when I arrived I was welcomed pleasantly by the staff in charge and briefed about the class. The recipes cooked were to my liking and I enjoyed the food which was delicious and plenty. Very impressed with the multi functional food processor and seemed
easy to use. Will definitely consider buying in the near future.
