23 Hours of Technical Chaos, Zero Support, and Unprofessional Leadership
I purchased a Hardware ID (HWID) spoofer from DivineCheats to resolve a hardware ban. While I understand the technical nature of these tools, the experience provided by this site is nothing short of a nightmare. If you are looking for a functional product with competent support, look elsewhere.
The "Guide" is a Disaster
The setup process is excruciatingly long, consisting of two parts with roughly ten steps each. The instructions are written as if the user is a senior computer technician, assuming you know the location of every obscure BIOS setting and system file. To make matters worse, the provided video guides are outdated. Following their instructions led me to unnecessarily downgrade to Windows 10, causing me to lose internet access and forcing me to USB-tether an Android phone for 10 hours just to continue the process. I had to restart my PC over 20 times in a single day.
Non-Existent and Unprofessional Support
The Discord support system is a joke. Despite having a community of over 13,000 members, there seems to be only one person (Kermit) actually attempting to provide help. Even then, the assistance was mediocre at best.
Most infuriatingly, the admins—who claim in their bios to manage over six similar companies—stay on "Do Not Disturb" while playing GTA V for 10+ hours straight. Being "on the clock" for a paid service while ignoring support tickets to play video games is the height of unprofessionalism. I was left on "delivered" for hours on end. I ended up having to use Google Gemini AI to troubleshoot every single step because the actual humans I paid for were too busy playing games to respond.
The 23-Hour Trap
After 23 hours of troubleshooting, BIOS editing, and system manipulation, I reached the "final" step, only to be told I had to factory reset my entire PC for the permanent spoof to work. This was not clearly communicated at the start. I have already lost data and time due to their outdated Windows 10 instructions; I am not wiping my entire drive because their system is too poorly optimized to work without a total format.
Verdict: Do Not Buy
Whether you are looking for a temporary or permanent solution, stay away from DivineCheats. You are paying for a guide that doesn't work, videos that are years old, and a support team that would rather play GTA than help the customers who pay their bills. This is an amateur operation disguised as a professional service.
