I ordered two froggy jackets and two bracelets on September 1,2024 and received the jackets and one of the bracelets on September 30,2024. I have reached out occasionally for the past few months and unfortunately I haven’t heard back on anything regarding the bracelet, despite reaching out in multiple ways. It sucks because the jackets are pretty decent quality and the bracelet was ok (it did gain some wear from constant use so I wouldn’t order one again). It’s a shame because I genuinely like the aesthetic and the quality of the jackets but customer service is definitely very lacking. I wouldn’t order again just because they’re too expensive for such poor customer service

They dont send out their items, its all fake, all their followers and comments are botted and if u take a look at their offical discord you will see hundreds of people saying.that they also didnt recieve their order and that the owner is ghostng them. Dont spend ur money on there.

the owner is an a*****e and even told me to take my business elsewhere how rude. also their instagram is filled with botted comments, likes, & followers. please please please do not order from them. the owner is also fatphobic because he said we don’t have a size big enough for your fat A, very rude.

The costumer service is absolutely horrible. I’ve been waiting on a order for over half an year now, and has heard nothing from it. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no luck. There are many who have to same issues as me who has said they have the same problem (On the official Discord server)
If you’re not from the US my best recommendation is not to buy anything that they have really bad service for people out of the states

I do not recommend this at all. I have been waiting for my order since October 13, 2023. Today is July 30, 2024, and still nothing. No response to my emails despite multiple attempts. I am tired of spamming their posts with ‘check your DMs.’ I am seriously considering filing a complaint to recover my lost €85.

I did not receive my order placed from the beginning of Oct. The Tracking number says "out for delivery" since Oct 16th, it is now Nov 9th. I have reached out to them via email three times and no one has got back to me. I commented on their Instagram post explaining my situation and no one has responded.
