Delivery of the order
Delivery of the order was delayed due to cold weather. But how many days was not clear. Please some expectation management next time and communicate more frequently then I’ll give five stars

We could not foresee this period taking longer. But night frosts are too damaging to wines to deliver earlier, so in the meantime, you can enjoy the wines in the most perfect state of preservation.

A positive experience
Unfortunately shop was closed at the days of the online order and we had to wait for the next week to pick up the wines. No clear communication on the opening hours on the front door note.
In any case I would recommend as there is a very good selection and a helpful and polite owner!

Collection of the boxes were late because DPD had some problems with his driver. The customer was regularly informed about this delay. 1 star review for a delayed delivery of one week is a little bit harsh... No good points for the nice and secure boxes?
