Great friendly family service - fully kitted out now for our snorkelling adventures!

I found Diving Direct online and made an order because they had what I was looking for at a price that was acceptable. I had no sooner placed the order when I received a call questioning my order as it included something that was not needed.

Needless to say, I cancelled that part of the order but the ongoing help and advice I was given made me wonder why I didn’t just call them before ordering online.

When the items arrived (which they did very quickly) they were well packaged and I am truly delighted not just with my purchase but the whole experience.

This is a company that knows their stuff and takes real pride in delivering a high quality service. My recommendation (other than to use them) is to give them a call if you have any questions, you will struggle to find more a more knowledgeable and helpful service.

After my parcel was left in an unsafe place and was stolen Chris immediately without question resent me another item in its place and ensuring it reached me in time before I go on holiday , Chris went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and his Communication to me was fantastic, so through no fault of his own he replaced my missing parcel at his own expense because dhl somehow decided it wasn’t there problem, thanks so much again Chris👍👍👍.

After years of having inferior snorkelling kit, I found Diving Direct, Chris was very helpful via the live chat. I purchased the TUSA Visio Metalic Dry Snorkelling Set to use on holiday - definitely a good investment and an excellent purchase. Fast delivery and superb quality.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I couldn’t not this time!
I was recommended this company and although I expected good products, I had no idea of just how incredible their Customer service would be. I ordered 2 products andI called them to clarify the delivery date… I was advised that it might not actually be the best one for what I was looking although the mask I ordered for my husband was. He then took the time to go through a range of different products and the ones that may better suit me. He went as far as to switch out my order regardless of the Price being mildly different in my favour, together with making sure they would arrive in good time. I’ve rarely experienced such professional and kind Customer service as I did from the gentleman who was helping me yesterday. I will ensure that anything else I buy to do with scuba or diving, I will only use this store and I would advise anybody thinking about it, to do the same- Thank you so much!
