Call back after signing up not good and some how they didn’t set up debit transactions
They throw all these great promises to buy you in then...
Empty promises to reimburse any FEE incurred during switching period.
Now the debit is not even working and trying to reach out to them for more than a week. No one responds back.
What a joke.

Your divices showed up 3 days after our event. Even though we ordered them 1.5 months in advance, called
3 times a week before to make sure. Now even though we recieved them to late for what we are using them for, we have to deal with getting them back to you
Initial set up with the pos system neglected to add my debit option. Not sure why.

Just when I thought everybody had given up on me and my issues with an app on my terminal would never go away, Michelle calls! And an issue that had been happening for far too long is resolved in 10 minutes! That's what I call top notch. They were looking out for me and I didn't even know it.
Clare is amazing!
When I was facing some setup issues, I had the fortune of contacting Clare Wanzama. She was able to answer all of my questions (which there were many of). When she needed to involve outside parties, she would take that away and get back to me in a timely manner, making sure that I was in the loop every step of the way. She made sure every little thing was taken care of and it was as minimally impactful on me as possible. Quite honestly, Clare offers the best, friendliest, and most professional customer service that I've experienced in a very, very long time!

Double checknall info...ask them to repeat what they took note of!!!
