I went through an unfortunate mortgage experience, and lost my home, not because of financial reason. I heard about Divvy and contacted them. I worked with a realty professional Megan and she helped find a beautiful home. I was able to close the deal and move in with 3 weeks! I didn't have many options to purchase a home but I will purchase my new before my lease is up with Divvy! Thank so much for the Divvy Team, Especially Megan!!!

Very good with communication.
They made the process easier than experienced in the past. Definitely recommended

I’m working with Divvy as a home the seller of a home they are buying.
This has been the WORST experience. They are big corporate bullies and would not recommend selling anything to them. No one on earth should be treated so poorly.

Everything went well to move in until our home was flooded during hurricane Ian. Took forever (2+ months) for them to get contractors out to repair. House was torn up for months. No functioning bathrooms. Eventually cancelled lease option contract as the home was unlivable, and contract states you get all funds initially contributed back within 45 days. Going on 60 days of termination with no refund. Extremely slow response to emails. Very poor customer experience. Doubt I would ever pursue that again. About to contact BBB and other remedies. Talk about making a poor unfortunate situation worse. All due to natural disaster. Buyer beware.

I am a single mother & victim of a family violence act committed by the primary leaseholder in a lease with Divvy. Even worse, there is a case involving my minor daughter that Divvy is fully aware of & has contacted local law enforcement trying to gain information. One moth after moving into our home I had to request emergency services and relocate. I submitted legal documentation to Divvy & was told I would be removed from the lease immediately. Weeks went by and I never received documentation stating I was removed. Now they finally reached out, but are giving me 24hrs to sign documents that are completely the opposite of letting me out of my lease. Each one states things such as the lease is still in full effect, no verbal or written promises are valid, & granting them power of attorney for any future documents I may be unwilling to sign. They throw these in there thinking you won’t notice, & demand you sign within 24hours, thinking you won’t have time to actually read what they are really doing to you. I am already going through this traumatic life event, and Divvy wants to ensure they are able to include me in future civil or legal action they may take regarding my lease or the property. Do not ever believe a word they tell you, I promise the documents they send are 100% the opposite. I was forthcoming and cooperative from the beginning. My house is in pristine condition, I have given them thousands of dollars already and never asked for a penny back. All I want is my freedom from this situation. I have tried to do what’s right from the very beginning. If this is how they treat someone fighting to survive & take care of her child, imagine how they would treat you. Absolutely by no means ever get involved with this company.

If I could give Divvy 100 stars, I would. From start to finish the process was seamless. I opted for one of their move in ready homes. I worked with Mr. Charlie Harris, he was fantastic. We’ve been in our home for only one day now, but I couldn’t be happier. My children absolutely love it and my husband is also very pleased. So that’s an even bigger plus.
Thank you Divvy.

I like the concept. Overall staff were helpful, but the limitations are in the way you are organized. I am still waiting to get reparis complete that were negotiated at closing, the money should be in hand already. The start of repairs has been very unprofessional and have made me feel as if I am not the owner who cose the home and intered into a partinership. One of the people that you chose to do repairs actually told me that he is paid by Divi, perceded to come to my home whenever he wanted took time different from agreed upon etc. The other communicated with me in a respectful mannor and provided best service to date. The first one same thing very disrespectful saying he was dealing with Divvy did not do a good ob and no one else has come to fix what he messed up being the electracal in the kitchen that now after he left flickers. I have shared all of this and nothing has been done. Divvy should pay watever portion it is going to pay, allow home owner to decide who will do the repairs and only be involved for the bill. It is possible as if it done by many other partner arrangementss such as tripple A, car repair plans, etc. etc.

Very friendly staff. The realtor went beyond expectations. The process was very easy and forgiving. They answer requests for repairs very fast. We feel like owners.
The roof had a very minor leak, yet Divvy has offered to replace it completely.

Divvy did great work to get us our home. The process was very easy and they paired us well with an excellent realtor. The only thing I had issues with was communicating but other then that they get stuff done. I would recommend them to friends and family

Worst living experience in 38 years of living. House was inspected and they only listed minor problems. After moving in, all sewage lines backed up, every water pipe in the house leaked, the main shut off valve was even broken. The garage floods, but they won't touch it because it's "not their responsibility". They did finally finish repairing everything needed, just before my 2nd year started. I couldn't get a mortgage in my first year so now the price of the house went up another 20k as per contract, so I will not be buying. I personally regret putting my family thru this whole situation.
