Once again fabulous customer service from the team at Alcester. Friendly and helpful.

This is a difficult review to write. The paint I bought was a very reasonable price and updates re shipping etc were good. However, due to a courier repeatedly trying to deliver to the wrong address, it took two weeks for the paint to reach me. Mica were however very helpful and proactive in tracking down my order and assisted as much as they could.

They stock a paint range I love at unbelievably low prices. I ordered on a Sunday and received the order on Tuesday morning. I've bought from them before and will definitely do so again.

What attracted me was the " coop" label in the company description.

Still not received the items I ordered in 13.4.23

Ordered on the Tuesday evening, said the item I wanted would take 3-7 days due to supplier. Arrived in the following Tuesday so was only 5 working days given there has been a bank holiday. Also the paint I wanted was available at a low price with free delivery. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I didnt get a confirmation email, however, I rang them the morning after I ordered and they answered straight away and confirmed they had received my order. The courier did provide tracking info emails/texts once it was dispatched.

Order dealt with very quickly and dispatched but no tracking details received. So, unable to track the package or have any idea when it would arrive. However, it did arrive safely.

Well packed item, good price, great comms, good delivery experience.

Over a week later after ordering and item still not received :( No tracking details or delivery updates which would help.

Again extremely efficient service. Paint ordered on Tuesday received on Thursday. Very pleased with all aspects.

Best price on line and in store - and free postage. What’s not to like. Delivery time as promised.

I had to phone after no contact to be told a new member of staff had missed the order.
I was later informed my product was no longer available & I was offered a replacement....I'm still waiting 😕

Arrived promptly and it was a really good price when looking at other websites where the product was more expensive. Would definitely shop from here again .
