Pluses and minuses with my order
I ordered 11 packs of Flush Hinges with Finials, Brassed 50mm (2 Pack)
The order process was straight-forward, delivery prompt.
I was disappointed with the product on two accounts.
1. There were 10 identical packs but one pack had a different finial. I'm hoping no-one notices.
2. All 11 packs came with screw heads that were slightly larger than the countersunk holes, meaning the heads would have been proud and sprung the hinges if I'd used them. Fortunately, I'd retained the 44 screws from the original hinges which did sit flush.

Unfortunately the item was damaged during transit and through no fault of DIY Direct. I sent photographs with an explanation and immediately was offered another delivery or a refund. This time I opted for a refund. Cannot fault this company or the service I received.
