I paid for an item and all was well at first , then item didn’t arrive , tried to contact owner who has just vanished and stopped responding to emails all I can assume is this is a scam company who take your money and don’t send the goods I am now in contact with the card company trying to get my money back
Appears to be a fraudulent operation.
Ordered a £700 concrete finishing tool and got an email from 'Sara Raycraft' acknowledging the order but no order number. It never even got dispatched (as far as I can tell). Website has no contact number on it. Subsequent emails email unanswered. Payment ended up going to a different company ('lshappeddesk') which has several negative Trustpilot reviews claiming similar frauds. I am currently in the process of trying to claim the payment back from my credit card company.
