Purchased item and 15 days later item still sitting in NY!

Terrible just walk on by its not worth the stress they kept sending me tracking numbers that wornt even valid

I ordered an item from your website in November for a Christmas present. The courier then lost my parcel. Once I contacted Diyosworld they offered to send me a replacement through a different courier as they had lost my last parcel. No Surprise it came via the same courier. When arrived it was tiny (smaller than the palm of my hand) and covered in scratches. I went back to customer services where I asked for a refund and was still told after paying a high amount for such a tiny, poor quality item that I would have to pay for returns!

if I could leave -* I would. Very disappointed and would NEVER use this company for anything again!!!

I have only given them 1 star as I could not give them -100.
I paid for fast delivery only to be told that was 4 weeks , there customer service was very disappointing as was the product when it eventually arrived.

Terrible company, very very expensive and the online details are very misleading. Would NEVER buy from them again.

Never use this company again. Sharp retail practices in play here. I am also a customer who purchased lights before Xmas and was told I could get a refund as I didn’t want to wait 4 weeks to receive them. When they arrived I was told I couldn’t get a refund the same as other customer reviews. I was lucky due to purchasing through pay pal they took up the issue on my behalf and I got my refund. Suggest don’t give up if you haven’t got your refund. If they sent you an email saying you could have one then that is legal contract which they have to honour. I believe they are going to get a visit from traditional g standards next based on sharp retail practices.

I have been ripped off by this company! I ordered some Christmas lights and was told 2 to 3 weeks delivery, this was 4 weeks before Christmas. When my order was processed I was told delivery was 5 weeks!! I contacted them to cancel my order. I was told that the best thing to do was to let the order go through, and then return for a refund. When I tried to return parcel unopened, I was told that retuns were not taken for Christmas lights. Do not deal with these people.

The worst experience ever and against the customer rights. Unbelievable. I would like if there is anything one can do to stop companies like this manipulating and lying to their customers. I bought Christmas lights and wanted to cancel as they weren't arriving after 3 weeks, was told that I couldn't do this as they ere in transit but could return them on arrival. Lights arrived 1 week later and I was then told that Christmas lights are not returnable, instead I could get 30% discount on my next purchase. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Christmas Lights ordered for pre-Christmas - tried to cancel as soon as they told me they would be up to six weeks delivery in the order confirmation - refused to cancel and still no Christmas Lights - emailed over and over and still they dogged say they have been dispatched - dreadful service. The order should have been cancelled immediately as requested, as they clearly had not been dispatched.

Do not waste your time or money DIABOLICAL!!!

Ordered places 1st November 2021 still awaiting Xmas lights and still nothing!!
Not sure how to contact if they have a complaints dept but urge you not to use this company. They try to fob you off constant emails stating your delivery is on it’s way biggest rubbish I have ever heard. Would never use them again abs would certainly telling everyone that I know what a disgusting service taking peoples money and then not having the decency to refund as a gesture of goodwill if something has gone wrong. This is a very recent experience and honest review do not have date your time !!!

AVOID. I ordered Christmas light on 3 Dec. At the time of placing the order the expected delivery time was not mentioned at all. So I assumed it would be delivered in 1-2 days like all other UK based companies. Since then, othr than confirmation of the order within few seconds of placing it, I have received no update whatsoever on the item. I wonder if I have just been a victim of online fraud.

Smooth sailing the whole way, from placing the order, receiving updates on progress along with shipment tracking. Products arrived in extreemly good time, well packed and in perfect condition. Products as ordered and hoped for. I am very satisfied and look forward to hopefully doing business again sometime.

Don’t buy, nothing like what described, the slots for the the table didn’t even fit, poor workmanship, total rip off ….definitely no quality review taken place …..don’t get ripped off

It works well I dropped my new band saw and broke the plate that holds it to the bench so I used it and it worked brilliantly I fixed the saw to the bench and no problems I would recommend you to try it if you need to fix a metal item

This was my second purchase from diyos world and not only their products are hight quality but i must say they are very very customer focused, I had to visit Royal mail to collect my parcel which was not diyosworld's fault but their staff was extremely helpful and made sure i get my parcel and guided me.

Figurines were half the size as stated in the advertisement. What a joke. They just lost a consumer.

My order is been with for 3 and half months now and they keep saying that I received my order which I've never got. Today is when they sent me my 4006318709213..... I give up on my order after 4 months
I am not giving any star because they're not worth getting any stars. I am just sooo disappointed I call this a fraud
