This company is an example of excellent customer service and quality products. They are incredible. I ordered two harnesses for my new mini dachshund knowing that one will need to be returned to ensure a proper fit. Steph from Django wrote to me like a friend! She even sent a handwritten card in the shipment congratulating me on my new pup!! The company wisely sends along a return label so that you don’t have to scramble to find out how to return an item. Once the harnesses arrived Steph followed up with an email telling me that they know about the return of the harness that doesn’t fit and that they will credit my credit card as soon as the return is completed. The harness that we kept is really perfect.
I think many companies should take a cue from Django. A truly great company.

We have 2 dachshunds with two very different personalities. When one started pulling nonstop on walks and getting little bumps on her skin from poor harness fit I began researching harnesses and found Django. I ordered two harnesses after measuring our little ones (14 and 16 inch chests). When they arrived one fit great (our smaller chested boy) and one was a little too tight even though the sizing should have fit her. I contacted Django and was floored by how awesome the customer service was! I was sent a return label immediately AND a new harness in a size up was sent same day! Then Steph even explained how the sizing can be off sometimes depending on a few different factors, including a muscular chest which our girl has since she’s incredibly active (digs constantly and loves to run). I really can’t say enough kind words about this business. They made the exchange extremely simple and I’m excited for our little ones to get back out on the trail.

We love Django! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. We got our order quickly also. The carrier tote is our favorite with so many pockets and is high quality and looks nice for going out.

Order was lost in the mail through no fault of Django, and they shipped me a second dog coat quickly so my dog would have it for the impending cold snap. Customer service was great, and the dog coat is great! Beautiful color, easy to put on, easily adjusted, and is long enough to cover my schnauzer’s butt, which is always a problem!

My standard dachshund loves his Django jackets, harnesses, and leashes! Such good quality and customer service is always so nice and great!

It’s been so hard to find a winter coat that actually fits the length of my dachshund and isn’t overly baggy. So glad I found Django and got their winter coat because my dachshund loves it and I love that he can stay warm all winter!!

Love Django Brand! I’ve been buying their items since my dog was a puppy, and will continue to do so! Not only do they fit my dachshund perfectly, but they are made so well I never heave to worry! Highly recommend!

Literally, the only brand that makes a jacket that fits my dog perfectly. Give several of the harness and leashes and then no pole. One is fantastic.
